To friends and family Corinne is known for her no-nonsense, get-it-done, whatever it takes attitude. And she's known for executing on her life's motto "Never Give Up" with a huge smile. In any picture of Corinne, it's that smile that stands out. Two years ago, her smile was literally stolen from her. A tragic accident left her with over 150 stitches and literally, no smile. But, true to the gritty and determined attitude she learned from her dad, Corinne hasn't skipped a beat. She has dealt with 7 reconstructive surgeries with humor, candor, and now an even bigger and better smile. This week Corinne shares her story and the lessons that have taught her to never give up and never stop smiling.

Self-confidence is something we all struggle with at times. Self-worth is divine, complete, and unchangeable. But sometimes we confuse the two and forget our worth when we feel our doubts. But like Tiffany says, "Feelings are not Facts. Feelings are simply Feedback." Tiffany Peterson is an Executive and Life Strategies coach who has clients like DoTerra, eBay, Intermountain Health, and Dave Ramsey Productions. Tiffany gives us some simple things to take action on to really own our worth and develop our confidence. Tiffany lays out a few pearls that you're going to love:
- Feelings are not facts.
- Be willing to take imperfect actions.
- Self-confidence is a choice and requires regular exercise to develop it
- If you wait for things to be perfectly aligned, you're going nowhere
- You're only growing when you're uncomfortable
