I'm doing something a little different this week inspired by all of you - a gratitude check ✨
I've learned so much in the last two weeks, and I wanted to take a few minutes and share it with all of you.
It has been exactly one month since I started developing this podcast and in that time I've far exceeded my expectations - my mind is sort of blown.
So, what do I talk about in this bonus gratitude check episode?
Community, sisterhood, authenticity, not hiding from who you are and what you have to say, showing up for yourself and others, and that more than anything else we're all experiencing the same struggles, stressors, and pressures. We're all on this journey together, none of us are alone.
I think it's safe to say I had some lightbulb moments in the last couple of weeks - I'm realizing stuff, and I know I'm not alone.
On that note - I want to share your story on the Seek The Joy Podcast. Is there something that you want to talk about, about seeking joy, or the struggle to seek joy and stay true to yourself and stay grounded in today's social and political climate, and maybe you don't want to come on the podcast but you want to share your story?
