Dear Younger Self,
I know it’s hard to understand what life has for you, but trust me when I say everything is ok. There will be times when you feel lost, but always have faith within yourself. The path that you walk, is for your own development, don’t fear it… walk into it. You are strong and capable, so never give up on your dreams….

Overthinking can be a difficult habit to break, but there are a few steps that can help you to break the cycle. First, recognize when you are overthinking. Ask yourself what is causing the emotions or thoughts that are leading you to overthink. Once you are aware of the cause of your overthinking, try to focus on finding solutions or strategies to help you manage the situation. Additionally, practice calming activities such as deep breathing, yoga, or mindfulness exercises to help you relax and reduce stress. Lastly, make sure to take breaks and allocate time each day to do something enjoyable. This will help you take your mind off of your worries and replace them with something more positive. Listen in and dig into this important conversation.
Healing is a requirement needed before entering into anything new. It saves you and the other person from pain and disappointment.
How aware are you of yourself? Do you take in what others may say to you or do those words make you turn away from them?
Self awareness requires that we are cognizant of who we are, how we are, and how we show up for ourself and others. It is important that we recognize our strengths and our weaknesses. It is important of our awarness of self…
