What you’ll find here is my analysis and opinions on what the team is doing, or SHOULD be doing, on the field and off. From the draft and free agency, to everything that happens once the pads go on….. join me and my roster of fellow journalists and analysts for what I feel is the best Seahawks content around. Did Drew Lock just save the Seahawks season? (REACTION to Seahawks stunning MNF upset over Eagles!) Dec 19, 2023

Show notes

In what was an ugly game that didn't seem to be going the Seahawks way for most of the night, Seattle pulled out a stunning upset on Monday Night Football, snapping a 4-game losing streak with their 20-17 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.

With Drew Lock once again starting for an injured Geno Smith, the Eagles seemed to control the game for most of the night, even with an under-the-weather Jalen Hurts playing at less than his typical stellar self.

But with under 2 minutes to play, Lock took over and engineered a 92 yard drive, accounting for all of it in the air including two big plays to DK Metcalf, and the game-winning 29 yard TD pass to rookie WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

Watch for my rapid reaction here.....

**What does this mean for the Seahawks QB situation going forward?
**What does this do for the Seahawks playoff positioning?
**Did some people win... and lose their jobs tonight?

REACTION!! Is KJ Wright Right? Do the Seahawks lack leaders? Dec 14, 2023

Show notes

With speculation mounting that Pete Carroll may not be back at the helm in 2024, former Seahawk legend KJ Wright revealed some uneasy truths about what he feels is a lack of leadership in Seattle's locker room, specifically at a KEY position!

ICYMI, I'll replay those comments and react to them.

Can this all be fixed in time to beat a struggling Eagles team on MNF and salvage their season?

Is Pete coaching for his job?

Has Pete Carroll lost touch with his players? Dec 12, 2023

Show notes

This latest loss to the 49ers, a 28-16 drubbing that was worse than the score indicated and dropped the Seahawks to 6-7 on the season.... may be the most indicative example or why changes may be needed at the top in Seattle.

Has the league passed Pete by? His answers on his weekly post-game coaches show may be clues that his frustration is mounting, and his answers are few.

Tune in to see my reaction, and give me YOUR thoughts in the comments... is it time for big changes in Seattle?

Which Seahawks are on the HOT SEAT?! Dec 06, 2023

Show notes

With 5 games left in the regular season the Seahawks are now on the outside of the playoff picture looking in, with two more games against the NFC’s best teams preceding a (presumably) more forgiving finishing stretch. As we come down the stretch, jobs may be on the line both on the field and in the coaching booth. In this episode I assess who I think has the most to prove (and potentially lose) over these next 5-6 weeks.

Show notes

How are you feeling about your 6-6 Seattle Seahawks after Thursday's 41-35 loss to the Dallas Cowboys?

Still a playoff contender? Are they a team on the rise or just treading water? Do they have enough stars to compete with the elite teams in the NFL? How far away are they from being a Super Bowl contender?

Today I put on my best objectivity face and try to point out 3 hard-to-accept realities that I believe are holding this team back.

RAPID REACTION - Seahawks lose 41-35 thriller in Dallas (EXCLUSIVE Audio Only Episode) Dec 01, 2023

Show notes

The Seattle Seahawks may have played their best game of the season Thursday night in Dallas, and it still wasn't enough to beat the red-hot Cowboys as they drop to 6-6 on the season after the 41-35 loss.

There were some positives to build on from this one, but they were marred from a couple unfortunate coaching decisions late in the 4th quarter.

Can this young team build off of tonight's performance? Or are the weaknesses too much for them to overcome with games against San Francisco and Philadelphia coming up.

Changes Needed in Aftermath of Seahawks Brutal Loss to 49ers Nov 24, 2023

Show notes

One often-repeated definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting similar results. Is that what we're seeing with the Seahawks right now?

I believe the results of last night's 31-13 loss to the 49ers indicate that changes are needed in Seattle..... big changes.

Which ones am I talking about? Can they be done now, or will they have to wait until the offseason?

Most notably, is it time for a new coaching staff and direction?

I'll detail what I think those changes need to be, and how/when they may be addressed.... some sooner than later.
