Could Seahawks acquire big-time pass-rusher Haason Reddick? Aug 20, 2024

Show notes

Michael Thompson of 12th Man Rising joins me today with an aggressive idea to acquire pass-rusher Haason Reddick from the NY Jets. Reddick is currently holding out for a new deal after being traded from Philadelphia to the Big Apple earlier this offseason. With just one year left on his deal, Reddick is looking for a big payday - so, how could the Seahawks figure into this? What would it cost to acquire Reddick in trade, could they fit a new deal for him into their current payroll, and do they even need another EDGE player in a group that's already chock full of young talent and established players such as Uchenna Nwosu and Dre'Mont Jones?

Well, Michael certainly thinks it's possible, logical AND feasible.

Tune in to find out how the Hawks could potentially make it work!

Ever since Mike Macdonald was hired on the last day of January to replace the legendary Pete Carroll as head coach of the Seattle Seahawks, we've been waiting to see his vision of this team in action.

Seahawks Defense DOMINATES in Mock Game (RAPID REACTION) Aug 04, 2024

Show notes

The Seattle Seahawks hired Mike Macdonald to replace legendary head coach Pete Carroll this offseason in large part to fix the defense. On a sunny day at Lumen Field today, the Hawks defense showed a dominant side in mostly holding Seattle's offense at bay in their formal mock scrimmage.

Several young players stood out on both sides of the ball, and I was there to witness it.

In this livestream, I share my immediate thoughts on what I saw, and what it all might mean.

Previewing the Seahawks Mock Game (What I'm Looking For) Aug 02, 2024

Show notes

It won't exactly be played like a real game when the Seattle Seahawks convene at Lumen Field on Saturday, but it'll be the closest thing we've seen so far, and may begin to give us some clues as to how the roster and depth chart are going to look when the bullets start flying for real a month from now.

Today, I'll share my thoughts on what I'm going to be zeroing in on when the Hawks take the field in their mock game.
