Clerk of Civilian Court of record of the Oregon Statewide Jural Assembly, ron vrooman the common man, private; Ronald Charles Vrooman in cursive on my birth certificate and as trustee to the Private Membership Association RONALD CHARLES VROOMAN, THE STRAW MAN; also known as Ronald Charles Vrooman Private Attorney General by the United States Congress 42 U.S.C.1988 and 18 U.S.C.1510 and 18 U.S.C. 1512 and to be known as “One of the People” also “Qualified Criminal Investigator” and “Federal Witness” and by Living Testimony without rebuttal... Charlie White Biography
Charlie White is a trained professional artist who has dedicated her life to meaningful causes and care for others and their shared community. A degree in journalism from University of Oregon led her to work in the trade before pursuing her art career which expanded to painting anything that didn’t move, gallery curator of two different galleries, teaching cooking classes, gardening & landscape design, and interior color & design.
While raising a family, her years of community involvement included establishing recycling and energy conservation programs before it was popularized; protesting the Trojan Nuclear Power Plant; serving on several Boards, one to assess and include Black History education in the Portland Public Schools; addressing and improving handwriting in the Portland Public Schools; a campaign to keep toxic fluoride out of Portland’s pristine water supply; assisting friends and neighbors where needed; and now making a significant difference at this critical time in our history by challenging our current essential and corrupted government structures and co-developing the Oregon Statewide Jural Assembly. Her primary role in OSJA is deputy clerk, counselor, and moderator for their numerous meetings. She is also editor, writer/author, and formats and prepares all the lawful documents and forms for the assembly’s Notices, Grand Juries and Petite Jury Trials.
