When hard times come to us, we must defend what is ours truly and do not let anyone take it away from us. We are living through a time that is hard for men to stay strong. That is why today's guest speaks and writes about a topic we are not used to seeing anywhere these days: masculine philosophy and spirituality. Jack Donovan helps other men create an environment for men only, to make their own lives better through spirituality, without feeling vulnerable. As we end this upside-down year, this guy will share with us why women are not supposed to define masculinity, and males are not supposed to define femininity.

Jack Donovan was raised in Pennsylvania and studied fine arts in New York. Over the past years, he has written amazing books like Becoming a Barbarian, and A More Complete Beast, his most recent work. His foundational book, The Way of Men has sold more than 100,000 copies and has been translated to French, German, Portuguese, Spanish and Polish. Donovan also founded Brutal Company, an online shop that specializes in selling shirts with pagan artwork. He speaks at events, promotes and discusses masculinity and the challenges men have to face in the 21st Century. Jack created his own meaning in life, and he has taken advantage of it through the hard times we are currently living.

In this episode of Respect The Grind, we chat with Jack Donovan about the infiltration of females in organizations that used to be for men only, and the importance of men getting together and talking about masculinity. Meet this badass and discover why boys should be separated from girls during education and how to make biological differences disappear. It doesn't matter how straightforward, politically incorrect a speech is, if it's true and it's changing the world, we must listen to it. If you are looking for a man to worship as a strong and powerful role model in your life, this episode is for you.

The Perfect Equation to Achieve Goals in 2020 with Candler Cook Dec 20, 2019

Finding motivation within ourselves is sometimes a bit difficult, however, it is just a matter of time for us to realize motivation can't be anywhere but inside ourselves. Our today's guest grew up watching the University of Georgia football games with his family and very soon decided how he wanted to achieve all his dreams. Walk with us as we discover how Candler Cook came up with the greatest tool kit to overcome obstacles in life, and the perfect recipe to achieve goals: intrinsic motivation, making concrete steps, holding yourself accountable and finally, hitting your end goal.

Candler Cook grew up as a football player and he always dreamed of becoming part of his favorite football team. One of his biggest struggles as he began to get closer to that goal was not being strong enough, fast enough and heavy enough to achieve first division. The result of that: Eat up to 15K calories every day just to gain weight and achieve the goal of this life. Cook is the living proof that finding something that excites that much, is enough to keep working towards until the end. Believe Cook when he tells you, efforts will slowly show up and the view will clear up eventually.

In this episode, we will learn how Cook went from being an underdog to being a bulldog, and writing a book about it; the correct way to look at goals to achieve them, and why 'not having time' is the most stupid and lamest excuse you can say to not get things done. We know for a fact that no one can be really motivated about everything, still, every human on this planet has at least two or three things that you are really, really excited about. Prepare your pen and paper and start making that motivation list to get things done this 2020!! Listen to this episode with Candler Cook and discover the evident: things that come easy, aren't satisfying at all.

Are we finally coming to an era where the apocalypse is near and we should be moving to another planet, just like movies have predicted it? Our today's guest has seen the future multiple times. G Michael Hopf is the author of the acclaimed and international bestselling post-apocalyptic series The New World. He also has authored dozens of other post-apocalyptic and western novels and he is convinced good times create weak men and that it only occurs every 80 or 90 years. He is an expert in historical cycles and is pretty sure 2020 is the year of civil war.

Geoff lives with his family in San Diego, California and he is a veteran of the US Marine Corps, and he is here to teach us some major cycle lessons: The first 80-year cycle refers to how relevant warlike events take place, like the WWII and the US Civil War, and the second one refers to the change in political systems that happen every 250 years. This guy believes we are heading to the end of democracy in the US and that disarming population could be a bad idea, that nothing is for free and when people tell you is for free, it can always end up in tyranny.

From post-apocalyptic stories to developing strategies for resistance, this guy is a true believer in the power of storytelling, holding on to the truth and why we should be moving to another planet a while ago. Discover in this episode how educational systems have brainwashed, discouraged and disable your people, the reason sometimes we feel lack meaning and purpose, feel lonely, and how to channel struggle to grow as human beings, and the perfect moment to publish your written work and show it to the world.

Steven Pollack is a legend in the fix-and-flip industry. He founded his company Anchor Loans back in 1998 providing private capital to fix-and-flip in Southern California and right now he keeps killing it as CEO of his own company. He brings over 30 years of experience and a powerful understanding of the cyclical nature of real estate investing. There are no mistakes when it comes to Steve Pollack's history: he helps his clients fund projects, by lending them money from private resources, instead of coming from banks like a classic way.

Dr. Pollack went from having nothing back in '97 to own 170 million USD in 8 years, and the US Government helped him achieve that with a social program. Originally from New York, this guy has a Doctorate in Optometry from the University of California, Berkley and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology. Although he had his career all figured out (he even ran a successful optometry practice) he always had a passion for real estate, which led him to develop a huge portfolio of properties.

In this episode, Steven Pollack shares how in a blink of an eye he went from being an optometrist with a successful business to a landlord and a professional poker player. Learn Steve's reasons why real estate is not for people that want to get rich the fast way, but for those that want wealth as a permanent state in their lives. If you think you are failing simply because of the decisions you make, think again and this time, count your strengths and weaknesses. Practice patience to achieve your goals while listening to this Respect the Grind episode.
