Show notes
Yahya Adbul-Mateen II has skyrocketed himself as a new, impressive star with a growing resumé that includes Watchmen, The Trial of the Chicago 7 with Aaron Sorkin and DC's Aquaman. He isn't slowing down with roles in the Candyman reboot from breakout director Nia DaCosta, The Matrix 4 and George Miller's Mad Max spinoff Furiosa. We managed to cover much of his work, and he proved to yet another incredible guest, a first of hopefully many appearances on the show for the actor moving forward.
This week's show also includes out top 5 most anticipated movies of 2021, Netflix's movie-a-week release schedule for 2021, we review the first 2 episodes of WandaVision and discuss the ever-shifting return of the theatrical experience.
What's your favorite performance or film from the iconic Christopher Walken? We get into our personal picks this week, and prepare for next week's game in which we'll debate our favorite movie dogs. Let us know on social using #MovieDogBlend.
