McConnell was admitted to the hospital on June 14th, according to a statement from his office that only said he was “receiving excellent care”. A statement a week later said that he would not be voting that week. And on Thursday, a new statement said that he “continues to improve” and ”appreciates the outpouring of support he’s receiving while he continues his recovery in the hospital”.

A photograph spread online claiming to show a lone Black woman seated in the D.C. metro surrounded by masked individuals in Patriot Front uniforms. Reports on 'X' claim she was being indecent and even defacating on the bus, moving from seat to seat.

07-01-26 Part One - Birthrights Rule Jul 01, 2026

In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, in a major landmark ruling on Tuesday, the Supreme Court struck down President Trump's executive order attempting to end birthright citizenship, ruling 6–3 that children born on U.S. soil to undocumented or temporary immigrant parents are automatic American citizens. In the case Trump v. Barbara, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the majority opinion, firmly establishing that the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment means exactly what it says and protects the citizenship status of anyone born in the country.

Also defining a domicile / Democrats need to embrace equal treatment with SCOTUS ruling / the gross misinterpretation of Title IX / the media shields themselves from SCOTUS opinions / the court's opinion on campaign financing / and pushing the envelope on free speech.

07-01-26 Part Two - An Angel Mother's Public Outcry Jul 01, 2026

In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, the mother of a Loyola University freshman who was shot and killed in March delivered tearful testimony on Capitol Hill on Tuesday. Jose Medina is charged in the murder of Sheridan Gorman, 18, of Yorktown, New York, in Westchester County. Gorman was walking with her friends near the pier at Tobey Prinz Beach at Pratt Boulevard shortly after 1 a.m. Thursday, March 19, when Gorman told her friends she saw someone hiding behind the lighthouse. Medina was a Venezuelan national who was in the U.S. illegally.
