    Show notes

    (00:00-23:33) – Query & Company opens on a Tuesday with Jake Query, Jimmy Cook, and producer Eddie Garrison discussing the news from yesterday that the Indianapolis Colts and Gus Bradley have “parted ways” and dive into some candidates that could replace him. They debate how coveted the job would be when you take a step back and look at it.

    (23:33-34:27) – Last night, the Indiana Pacers picked up their third consecutive win and going over .500 for the first time since game one of the season. The guys get into a discussion regarding the future of Aaron Nesmith and Obi Toppin with a report surfacing that Indiana is, reportedly, interested in Brooklyn’s Cameron Johnson.

    (34:27-41:50) – The first hour of the show concludes with Jake and Jimmy looking at the Colts roster in relation to where players are at in their prime. They tie all those players and examinations to Anthony Richardson.

    Why are the Colts bringing back Chris Ballard and Shane Steichen? Jan 06, 2025

    (00:00-25:37) – Query & Company opens on a Monday with Jake Query and Jimmy Cook recapping yesterday’s decision from Jim Irsay to retain Shane Steichen and Chris Ballard for another year. They spend the first segment of the show viewing this decision from Jim Irsay’s perspective and the fan’s perspective.

    (25:37-35:09) – The voice of the Indiana Hoosiers, Don Fischer, joins Jake Query and Jimmy Cook to share what it was like broadcasting from The Palestra, highlights some things that stood out in Indiana’s road victory against Penn State, credits Luke Goode for filling the leadership void the Hoosiers have been missing, and believes that Malik Reneau will be out for some time.

    (35:09-45:29) – The first hour of the show concludes with Jake and Jimmy highlighting what DeForest Buckner said in his final media availability of the season. Additionally, they hand out an Anthony Richardson report card based off subjects that Jake created. Finally, they touch on the Indiana Hoosiers defeating Rutgers last night and Purdue’s road victory against Minnesota.

    (28:12-43:42) – Dustin Dopirak from the Indianapolis Star joins Query & Company to recap Tyrese Haliburton’s excellent performance last night in South Beach. Dustin also assesses who will be losing minutes when Aaron Nesmith makes his return, discusses Jimmy Butler making his frustrations public by his lack of effort and comments last night, and weighs in on Jake’s opinion that Haliburton is a better player when he is aggressive early as a scorer versus trying to be a distributor.

    (43:42-53:17) – The first hour of the show concludes with Jake, Jimmy, and Eddie discussing what Jimmy’s thoughts on what the Colts should do with Chris Ballard, Shane Steichen, and Anthony Richardson.

    (00:00-24:27) – Query & Company opens on a Thursday with Jake Query and Jimmy Cook discussing the latest news on Anthony Richardson’s back. Jake and Jimmy provide what Richardson said yesterday regarding his back issue. They also debate as to whether the Colts were even aware of this issue prior to selecting him in the draft.

    (24:27-45:03) – The Athletic’s Zak Keefer joins the program after publishing a story earlier today with James Boyd about the Indianapolis Colts franchise. Zak weighs in on Jim Irsay’s involvement within the franchise right now, assesses whether or not he believes Chris Ballard and Shane Steichen are attached at the hip, and states that Anthony Richardson will be back as the team’s starting quarterback for next season based on what he has been told right now.

    (45:03-49:36) – The first hour of the show concludes with Jake and Jimmy discussing the Indiana Pacers loss to the Milwaukee Bucks after leading by nineteen points.

    (49:36-1:18:36) – The one o’clock hour of Query & Company with Jake Query and Jimmy Cook starts off with the guys discussing Jimmy’s birthday.     (00:00-25:13) – Query & Company opens on a Tuesday with Jake Query continuing his dialogue yesterday about the state of the Colts franchise. Jake talks a lot about the lack of accountability from the players, specifically towards one of the team’s captains. Finally, he shares his thoughts on what Zaire Franklin said two months ago.

    (25:13-36:36) – While the Zaire Franklin comment was making its rounds on Twitter, there was another comment that was doing the same thing. Jake reacts to the comment that Shane Steichen made when asked about the standard and accountability that is being held within the Colts organization.

    (36:36-46:23) – The first hour of the show concludes with Jake and Eddie discussing the Indiana Pacers final game of 2024 against the Milwaukee Bucks. They also have a conversation about the importance of Andrew Nembhard to this Pacers squad.

    (46:23-1:09:50) – Bob Kravitz joins Query & Company to discuss the comment made by Shane Steichen yesterday in response to his question about accountability within the building for players being late to meetings.
