I am empathic. This means I feel energies which is really helpful in my business. Not so helpful in crowds. I have developed strategies to deal with this. Christmas and the holiday season is one of the hardest times of the year if you are an empath. This season is emotional. I will share my tools for navigating this time of year and how to minimize the challenges of being an empath. I also wish to share a situation when I worried being empathic would suck, but it was exactly the opposite.

When you are following a spiritual path is it expected that you always turn the other cheek? Do you rely on faith that people will do the right thing and choose to ignore the chaos in the world? I have learned so much this past year on how to take a stand and get results. I do it deliberately with intention and with education. I will share my tools and tips. I almost cancelled the show today because I have a mad on about legislation my province is trying to put through that I do not believe in. Many, many of my fellow Albertans do not believe in it either and we are peacefully but with determination making our voices be heard. I will share the situation and how we are taking on a big fight and we do not know whether we will win or not. I am learning a lot about how our world works, integrity and media spin.

Manifesting Magic Nov 18, 2015

Manifesting is setting a clear intention about something you want or want to achieve. Then letting it happen. Effective manifesting means that you let the Universe figure out how to make it happen, you pay attention. I know easier said than done. Manifesting, like intuition, is a muscle. The more you practice it, the stronger it gets. There is magic involved in manifesting and I have found that when manifesting, sometimes we have to let go, to release some energies that may be stuck in our energy. Being stuck or having a hidden belief that we do not deserve success can easily derail our manifesting magic. Manifesting is a magical energy in that you have a thought-you take steps to achieve- you have success!

Are you worth it? Being Confident in who we are is something we all strive for. How do you get there? There is a belief that if we figure out our life purpose then we will be happy. If we have that perfect relationship, then we will be happy. If we have that perfect career, then we will be happy. If we have that perfect house, car, holiday trailer, vacation, etc.... then we will be happy. Is that true? How many of these things do you already have but have not acknowledged, because instead of appreciating what you have accomplished you are stuck in the pattern of feeling that you are not good enough yet and NEED to do more, more, more! With our world moving so fast, it is time for us to slow ourselves down. We are like hamsters on a spinning wheen exhausting ourselves instead of hopping off and taking a breath and becoming aware. If we are unable to appreciate our life as it is, how can we ever be happy? Continually looking outside of ourseves for validation from others is always going to work out badly. Why give someone else that complete power over your life? You got this, and I will give you tools to help build your confidence.
