7 Steps to Huge Confidence! Do Not Skip This Episode! Sep 22, 2022
    Show notes

Children are absolutely fearless. If you ever doubt this fact, then spend some time on a playground, and you’ll see exactly what’s meant by this statement. They jump into play, enlisting the help of perfect strangers for companionship and to meet their goals. They climb and run and jump, frequently with unbridled enthusiasm that adults come to envy. We’re actually born with confidence. Sadly, this becomes lost through experience. All it takes is a nasty trip and fall to teach a child to approach life with more care. As we grow older, the process continues. We lose confidence with every failure and start taking to heart every harsh criticism. Soon we become so immobilized we see no way out. The good news? Confidence can be fixed just by making several small changes in your life. Read on to find out how. Honor Small Achievements If you’re feeling like you never do anything right, making a list of the things you do well, and the accomplishments you’ve made is a great place to start. Enlist the help of someone who knows you well, as they’re apt to think of the things you might be too close to see. Once you have your list, keep it handy and re-read it when you feel confidence flagging. 1 How to be eligible for stimulus check 2 How to be more attractive 3 How to be happy alone 4 How to be a baddie 5 How to be a good boyfriend --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/wayne-weathersby/support

Abundance is a mindset and a belief system Sep 11, 2022
    Show notes

Some people equate financial success with abundance. Having enough money is a significant part of abundance, but there’s much more to it. Abundance is a mindset and a belief system. It’s a way of viewing the world, the people in it, and yourself. It’s making the decision to believe that the universe will provide, as long as you hold up your end of the bargain. You can be wealthy and be alone. You can have money and be in poor health. You can be financially successful and be miserable. You can be the wealthiest person in the world and still not experience abundance. Consider these ideas and experience abundance in your life: 1. Abundance is an attitude. Money is money, but abundance is a mindset. It’s a decision to believe that you can have whatever you need, in the quantities you need it. It’s the belief that there is always enough. 2. Abundance is having an excess of important resources. True abundance isn’t just money. It’s also about having enough of the other necessary resources in your life. This can include things like free time, love, and happiness. Money is important, but there’s much more to abundance than money. 3. Abundance is the belief that there is enough for everyone. Those obsessed with wealth are often competitive and believe that there’s only a finite amount of wealth to be divided among everyone. Abundance is the belief that there’s enough for everyone. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/wayne-weathersby/support

7 Simple Ways to Make Your Life More Productive Sep 05, 2022
    Show notes

Time is the one factor that no one can beat. No one can create time. Everyone is limited to 24 hours each day. You can only make the most of the time you have each day. How well do you use your time? How much do you accomplish each day? Imagine how your life would transform if you were significantly more productive. How would that affect your bank account and your life overall? The power to be more productive is within your grasp: 1.Know your goals. It’s hard to be productive if you’re not 100% clear on your objective. That means knowing what you’re trying to accomplish over the next hour, day, week, month, year, or even several years out. Each time you decide how you’re going to spend your time, you’re either making progress toward something important or you’re not. Even if you’re making progress, are you sure you’re making progress toward the right thing? 2.Have a plan. Try a little experiment. For the next week, avoid going to bed until you’ve made a fairly detailed plan of what you’re going to do the next day. Plan out your day instead of waking up in the morning and trying to figure it out on the fly. Notice how much more you get done. You’ll be hooked on living your life this way. 3. Stop wasting time. When you sit down to work for an hour, how much time do you actually spend working? After you subtract out the time you spend daydreaming, checking your phone, reading an email, using the restroom, getting a drink, staring out the window, and having a quick chat, you’re probably doing a lot less than an hour of work. Set a timer for an hour and decide to spend the entire time working. You’ll be stunned by how much more productive you are. 4. Get help. You don’t have to do it all alone. Delegate. Ask for help. You can get a lot more accomplished with another set of hands. Avoid being embarrassed to ask for assistance when you need it. Be especially motivated to ask for help with things outside your area of expertise. You can save a ton of time this way and perform at a much higher level. 5. Get an early start. The most productive people tend to get up early and get busy early. Consider getting out of bed earlier and accomplishing something worthwhile while the rest of the world is still asleep. The momentum this creates is hard to believe. It’s not easy to get out of bed earlier, but it’s a power tactic. 6.Improve your ability to focus. Staying on task is an important skill. A lack of focus leads to wasting time. You can only become good at focus if you practice. Set a timer and focus 100% for 10 minutes. Once you can do that consistently, 2 shoot for 15 minutes. See how much you can improve over time. 7.Identify the most important tasks. You can be working on the right thing but fail to make significant progress. There are plenty of things you can do to get in shape or to market your business. However, some of those tasks are much more effective than others! Spend your time on the most relevant tasks. Productivity is about using your time as wisely as possible. This requires knowing your goals, creating a plan, and focus. Identify the most important tasks based on your goals and spend most of your time doing those things each day. Anyone can be productive, but not everyone will be productive. 13 Ways to Give Your Self-Esteem a Boost- What Time is It Sep 03, 2022
    Show notes

Low self-esteem can cause a vicious cycle which makes you feel worse and worse. Feeling badly about yourself can lead you to feel unmotivated to change what is making you feel down in the first place. If you don’t change the root cause of your negative feelings, then your self-esteem takes an even deeper dive.
This cycle of negativity can be damaging, but there are things that you can do to break the cycle.
Try these techniques to give your self-esteem a boost:
    1. Learn and master a new skill. When you learn a new skill and become good at it, your confidence will no doubt grow. This is especially true if the skill benefits something you already do.
    2. Make a list of all of your accomplishments. It can be easy to forget all of the things you’ve achieved in your lifetime. So, make a list of these accomplishments, and from time to time, read the list to remind yourself of them. You’ll feel much better about yourself.
    3. Do something creative. Being creative helps to stimulate your brain, and the more use your brain gets the bigger the benefits. If you combine creativity with trying something new, even more benefits will be achieved.
    4. Set values for your life. What are your values? Does your current lifestyle reflect these values? If it doesn’t, take action to make the necessary changes. Learning who you are and what you stand for, and then living these values, will increase your confidence.
    5. Think positive. Instead of thinking negatively when faced with a difficult task, think about it as a challenge that you can overcome. Think positively, consider what you can learn from the experience, and be proud of yourself once you’ve accomplished it.
    6. Stretch your comfort zone. Try new things. Go to new places. Meet new people. As a result, you’ll see your confidence grow.
    7. Help someone. When you help someone else, you’ll feel a sense of achievement and enjoy higher self-esteem.
    8. Try to heal your past. Past issues or drama can prevent you from moving on and growing as a person. You may want to speak to a trained counselor to talk through any issues you may have.
    9. Avoid worrying about what others think. The one person whose opinion of you matters is you! Do what you feel is best, feel confident that you did your best, and your self-esteem will soar.
    10. Read something inspirational. Stories of others who have overcome issues or dire situations and gone on to lead successful lives can inspire you to do the same. Self-help content can inspire you to reach for the stars and help you get there. Such inspiration also makes you feel optimistic and better about yourself.
    11. Stay away from negative people. There will be people in your life who always seem to put you down and leave you feeling badly about yourself. It may be best to let them go. Instead, try to surround yourself with positive people who will lift you up and make you feel good about yourself.
    12. Take care of your appearance. When you look after yourself, you are going to feel good about yourself too.
    13. Focus on what you can change. Some things in life are out of our control. Focus your energy on the things you can control, and you’ll happily find that you can change your life for the better.
Once you start to incorporate some of these tips into your daily life, your self-esteem will start to grow. It may not happen overnight, but with time you will certainly see an improvement.

Time Management vs Energy Management - Which is More Important? Sep 02, 2022
    Show notes

Many of us are all too aware of time management. It seems that there just aren’t enough hours in the day and, as such, we feel the considerable need to make the most of the time we have. There’s nothing wrong with that in theory. It’s commendable to want to make the most from our day and to achieve as much as possible. The issue, however, is that in many cases, we overlook something that is arguably even more important: energy management. You Don’t Have Enough Time… Really? Many of us feel as though we’d like to have more time in the day and that we could accomplish a whole lot more if we did. What would you do with an extra ten minutes? Maybe you’d start a home business. Maybe you’d work out and get into incredible shape. Maybe you’d just keep the kitchen tidy. But you probably already have all the time you need. Think back to the week you had. Was there any point at which you weren’t being 100% productive? --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/wayne-weathersby/support
