Janine's Competitive Philosophy is: Consistency and discipline will get you a lot further than good intentions can.
Bio: Janine a practicing intensive care unit nurse, and I am a full-time graduate student pursuing her MSN as a nurse practitioner. In addition to this, she is a single mother to 3 amazing girls aged 10, 8, and 4. She has spent the better part of her life serving others, her family and her profession. She was in need of another purpose, something unique and personal to her. She found that purpose in bodybuilding.
She has always been athletic. In high school, she was a sprinter and cross-country athlete. Along with this, she has danced ballet for 21 years. These foundational life experiences fueled her desire to compete and her love of human-centric art forms. Her passion for both of these expressions has been filled in bodybuilding.
Her career in bodybuilding began in 2021. She competed in 2 shows before earning 2 IFBB pro cards at the 2021 North Americans in Pittsburgh.
