New Experts...Same BS | MAFS S20 EP1-2 Review Jul 20, 2026

Show notes

Today I'm going to need everyone to give a warm welcome to our returning guest, with a new last name...MRS. Janae Davis, MFT. Today we are talking the first two episodes of Married at First Sight S20 in Seattle and taking you through all of our thoughts. Hot take: we think the show would be better if they just outright said that the casting department for the network finds the pool of eligible singles for an upcoming season, and from that pool of 14 people the experts have to match who would be compatible. Truthfully, I saw more effort in matchmaking on Millionaire Matchmaker with Patti Stranger.

What do you think of this season so far? What couples do you see it for? And who are you not seeing it for? Let us know in the comments & come back next week for episodes 3&4!

Make sure that if you enjoyed this episode, you support our good friend Janae & you follow her on all platforms after the episode! If you are living in Georgia and in need of a qualified and compassionate Therapist, schedule a session with Janae!

Bravo Catchup | More Shocking Allegations Against the McBee Family | The West/Amanda Pregnancy Rumors & Sincere's Dad's Facebook Post Jul 15, 2026

Show notes

This episode was supposed to be a catch-up on all things Bravo but you know I had to add a little Love Island news in there as well. I also keep forgetting to talk about Tom Sandoval pushing his ex? girlfriend's father in the fire. That needs to be talked about in the next Bravo recap. Along with the latest news on TFP from Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

If you're waiting on my recap of Kenzie's episode on Call Her Daddy, it will be in my next episode. I'll also be recording a 3-min recap for TikTok so make sure you follow me over there. Stay tuned!

Love Island USA S8 | Post-Season Reflections | Trinity's IG Statement & Sincere's Family Livestream Jul 15, 2026

Show notes

Now that the season is over and we've had a second to catch our breaths...let's look back at the season (with some nuance). This episode will be a very honest and open conversation that is typically had behind the scenes with trusted friends; but it felt necessary to bring to the podcast in order to have an in-depth conversation.

Stay tuned towards the end for some of the things I've seen on social media from the Islanders so far, including: Sincere's families livestream and Trinity's first statement since leaving the Villa. Head to my TikTok for the complete roundup I did on the Islanders social media presence post-villa.

Love Island USA S8 EP 30-35 | Family Day, Final Dates & Frolicking on the Swamp Jul 13, 2026

Show notes

We finally made it. The home stretch of Love Island USA Season 8. It feels good to be here and finally part ways with this season....until August 31st. This episode I'm going through the final five episodes of Love Island and getting us ready to talk about all of the post-villa antics and the impending doom that comes with Beyond the Villa.

I'm going to place my bet early that we see Charlie on an episode of Beyond the Villa because Zach will be all too eager to accept a role.

Stay tuned for my upcoming coverage on a new season of Married at First Sight, The Valley, In the City & The Ultimatum (coming soon). We still have tons to talk about outside of the Villa and I hope you stay along for the ride!

Production Saved Splits with Karaoke | Love Island US S8 EP 27-29 Recap Jul 07, 2026

Show notes

Gal played himself, and production played us. Saved by karaoke? I think not. Let us have our say! Zach, you're next.

It Wasn't the Hip Thrusts that Made Everyone Un-com-fort-a-ble | The Valley S3 Check In Jul 06, 2026

Show notes

It's been weeks since I've tapped back in for a full conversation on 'The Valley' and the last few episodes made it clear that it's time. I need Danny in the WWHL Club House STAT and I also need production to obtain the road sign that Zach dented with his head.

Love Island USA S8 EP 24-26 Review | The 7 Deadly Clips Jul 05, 2026

Show notes

It's Movie Night in the Villa and tonight we are watching Seven II starring the Islanders and all of their sins. We may have been shorted three clips during Movie Night, but the clips that they selected managed to kick-off a lot of chaos in the Villa. Which clip do you think was the most damning? Do you think Melanie will leave sincere and go home, or see their connection through til the end? Let me know in the comments!

Leave your comments in advance of my Movie Night PT 1 & 2 coverage and let me know what you thought of the clips they showed & the drama that ensued!
