Sera and Martha are the founders of Austin-based social impact company, Waking Giants.

Martha Pincoffs, Founder
Martha Pincoffs is a strategist and native Austinite. She has special powers when it comes to connecting ideas, people, and institutions with winning outcomes. Her guiding principle is authenticity. No tricks are needed when space is made for the message to come through. She has a core belief that the world will be a better place when we can all live our truth. She is on a mission to help people, campaigns, companies, and non-profits find that place. She is the founder of Hot Dang, a vegetarian burger that can be found in stores across the country. Martha is curious about people and the world and blends the lines between work, play, activism and family. She and her wife have the two cutest kids in the world and are experts in both tacos and sushi.
Sera Bonds, Founder
Sera is a social justice activist committed to working towards balancing the scales of access, equity, and availability in sexual reproductive healthcare. She has training in midwifery, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women’s Studies, and a Masters Degree in Public Health. Her community organizing background ranges from reproductive rights to violence against women to welfare and poverty issues to pro-immigration campaigns. She has worked on sexual reproductive health actions in over twenty countries spanning North America, Africa, Asia, Central America, the Middle East, and the Caribbean, having raised over 20 million dollars for political actions and public health programs impacting over three million women globally. She is the founder of a leading feminist global aid organization, Circle of Health
