Rachel has survived her fair share of trauma, and in today’s episode she’s helping a listener with hers. What is discussed in this episode isn’t meant to replace the type of therapy or healing you might find when consulting a licensed mental health professional, but it’s Rachel’s advice based on her own experiences and research. She’ll be looking at the traumatic effects of stress and trauma on our brains - and our quality of life in general.

If you’re in the “thick of things” you don’t have to stay there, or keep rehashing the same stuff over and over again. There’s more than one way to heal, and you will be your own best ally by researching and discovering what is best for you.

Your words are so powerful, so audit yourself this week and be conscious of what you are choosing for your life. Like Rachel tells the listener, none of us are promised tomorrow, so live and feel for the present moment. We triumph over trauma by recognizing that we have more control over our current situation than we believe we do!

Today Rachel is talking about decision making, and she openly admits that she used to be the “Queen of Indecision.” As you’ll hear, not being decisive is not only bad for you, but also for your team and your business as a whole.

Indecision hurts everyone….

So with Confidence Activated quickly approaching, Rachel was feeling done with the planning process, but she shares what has kept her going to get to the finish line, because leaving things unfinished simply isn’t an option!

Have you been agonizing about getting things done? Rachel recently listened to a speaker at an event in Chicago, and he summed it up perfectly. Don’t make it difficult! Just make a decision, and then make it work….

This advice has resulted in her being more decisive than she’s ever been, and it can do the same for you too. It’s important to start thinking about what you want, not what’s available (check out Rachel’s restaurant story in this episode to see what she means by this).

Every day, little by little, do those little things to get you closer to what you want, and just imagine what’s possible if you did this. Remember, it’s not about the result, but it’s about the processes and actions that get us to the result!

But…is it really that easy?

Maybe something always happens that derails your plans. As you’ll hear today, it could be because you’re carrying beliefs that are causing this to happen.

Anything is possible – but do you believe it’s probable? What if all you needed was faith, and the belief that what you want is going to happen (and not that it can happen).

When you lose faith, that’s when you’ll stop showing up, so don’t let someone else’s limiting beliefs limit yours.

In this episode Patricia opens up about the challenges she’s faced as a parent to her young daughter, and what she’s doing to become the best version of herself that she can be for her family. Patrice is a big believer that you don’t need to see the whole plan in front of you, but you do need to look for that first step. She reveals the bible verse and lesson that literally picked her up off the floor after losing everything 10 years ago, and what you can do when you aren’t getting the things that you want or feel like you deserve.

When it comes to wealth building Patrice is an expert, and she shares how her character needed to be ready in order for her to achieve wealth, and sustain it.

Patrice is now in a season where she loves all of herself and who she has become, and she’s able to see that her past success and failures have all built her up to receive what she has now. T

Rachel shares other irrational fears she’s felt, including those around hiring coaches she considers her peers, for BIG money. She knows she doesn’t have all the answers though, and if you learn to drop the ego, you’d be surprised what you can gain from others that you can then apply in your business.
