    Pathways to Family Wellness is a podcast as well as a quarterly print and digital magazine whose mission is to support you and your family’s quest for wellness.

    The creators of Pathways to Family Wellness envision a world of thriving, empowered families who easily connect to inner and outer resources, practitioners and a supportive community needed to create wholeness on all levels of existence. We believe stepping onto our personal pathway to wellness is a consciousness-raising act with the power to regenerate and transform ourselves, our families, our communities and our world.

    Simple Resources for Overcoming Breastfeeding Challenges Jan 18, 2023

    In this episode we will be speaking with Dr. Lynn Gerner of The Good Life Chiropractic to cover some simple and specific resources for overcoming breasteeding challenges.

    Dr. Gerner is a Graduate of Life Chiropractic College West in 2004 and has been in private practice since that time; focused on pediatric care and breastfeeding support. She earned her FICPA in 2004, is a trained doula, and earned her CLEC (Certified Lactation Education Counselor) in 2021. She founded the Good Life Learning ,in 2019 and currently teaches privately as well as through Life Chiropractic College West, Northeastern Chiropractic College, Gold Lactation Learning, and the ICPA. Dr. Gerner is a wife, mother of three grown children, and lives in Davis, CA, with her family and rescued dogs.
