🚨EMERGENCY OG OT LIVE PODCAST🚨 Mikko Rantanen saga finally ends with Carolina Hurricanes trading winger to the Dallas Stars and a contract extension.

41 days after acquiring Rantanen from the Colorado Avalanche, the Canes moved on after they were unable to sign the Finnish forward to a long-term contract. The deal with the Stars involves forward Logan Stankoven, two first-round draft picks, and two third-round draft picks from the Stars.

NC State's "Destination Charlotte 2025" has one path left. Will "Law of the Wolf" kick in? Meanwhile, in Chapel Hill, the Tar Heels continue to hold serve. There are optimistic and pessimistic ways to look at UNC's 5-game win streak. As for Duke? Just stay healthy. The Carolina Hurricanes are putting fans through the emotional rollercoaster. Ovies & Giglio suggest you don't need to ride it, which also includes not engaging with the Mikko Rantanen trade rumors. All that said, the Canes do have a power play problem. In the Lightning Round, the ACC appears to be headed towards a settlement with Florida State and Clemson. "Hey Joe" closes with a John Cena take.
