#118 - Make luv to your resistance. A MAJOR hack in the creative act. Oct 06, 2025

Show notes

In this episode, we dive into the wild world of creative resistance. The dense but secretly magical force that shows up right when you’re about to make something iconiccc. Instead of seeing resistance as the enemy, we talk about what happens when you befriend it, learn to dance with it and ALCHEMIZE it.

We share our own behind the scenes battles with procrastination, perfectionism, and the spirals of “wtf am I even doing?” AND how those moments actually became portals into deeper creativity, self discovery and GENIUS.

We even get into sacred geometry and how these ancient patterns mirror the exact ups and downs of the creative process. Turns out, creation is literally coded into the universe and you’re part of that geometry. How freakin dope?

This conversation is your reminder that discomfort is not in the way, it's PART OF THE WAY!!!

Takeaways

Creativity is one of the most underrated healing portals you’ll ever walk through.
Resistance is proof you’re expanding.
Feeling uncomfortable while creating? Good. You’re in the alchemy zone.
Your intuition is your greatest creative tool
