Most of you are familiar with Tucker Max. Regardless of what you think about him, there is no fence-sitting. You either love the guy or hate him. But that's part of the reason I wanted to have a conversation with him – to find out what makes him so polarizing and how he feels about that.

That said, the biggest reason I wanted to talk with him is to learn about his ability to redefine himself from college frat boy to successful entrepreneur, husband, and father. I think we can all relate messing some things up along the path and many of us have or are working on our redemption story. Most of you know my guest today, Tucker Max. If you're like me, you ran across one of his New York Times Bestselling books in an airport or bookstore. That's likely the case because he's sold over 4,500,000 copies of them. He's been credited with starting the literary genre, "fratire" where he detailed and documented his college-day exploits. And, although, that's what made him famous, his ability to redefine himself from those days to who he is today is what really had me interested in talking with him.

He's now the founder of Scribe Media and is helping other people tell their own stories in their own unique way and give a voice to those who need it and for those who need to hear it.

JASON GARDNER

What a powerful conversation I have to share with you today with an absolutely incredible man. His name is Jason Gardner and he is a retired Navy SEAL Command Master Chief with over 30 years of military service under his belt with 9 deployments across the globe.

He's served at every level of leadership from SEAL sniper to lead instructor for Naval Special Warfare Group One Training Detachment to SEAL Team Five Command Master Chief. He is also the recipient of the Silver Star, two Bronze Stars, and a purple heart.

He now serves as a leadership instructor, speaker, and strategic advisor at Echelon Front. Not only is he a badass on the battlefield but every other facet of life as well.

He's been asked to speak at Facebook, Google, and Amazon on the subject of religion, discussed and debated with Jordan Peterson and Ben Shapiro, and serves as a religious correspondent for NBC, Fox News, and CNN.

In addition, he reaches nearly 2,000,000 people on his social media accounts and over 350,000 people receive his daily email reflections. Obviously, the man is very influential and, during our discussion today, I think you'll hear why.

My guest today is Vincent "Rocco" Vargas and if ever there was a Renaissance man, he is it. He is a former Army Ranger and Drill Sergeant, husband, father, barber, entrepreneur, coach, actor, producer, and writer. In the couple of years that I've gotten to know him, I can tell that not only is he someone who is willing to pursue his interests and dreams, he's also someone who knows exactly what he wants outside of notoriety, popularity, and accolades – to be a great family man.
