It has never been more clear than after this Super Bowl that the Browns need Deshaun Watson to return to the level he was at before they acquired him in a blockbuster trade in 2022. Watson has played in just 12 games for the Browns and we have only seen glimpses of the player he was in Houston.

The Chiefs are Super Bowl champions and Patrick Mahomes will add another ring to his collection after beating the 49ers, 25-22.

Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe reacted to the Super Bowl on Monday's Orange and Brown Talk Podcast and framed what they saw in a Browns lens.

Of course it starts with Mahomes and the reality that if the Browns want to get to the Super Bowl for the first time, they have to go through Mahomes, who continues to thwart good teams with big dreams. Are the Browns equipped to do it?

Super Bowl LVIII: Matchups, prop bets and picks for 49ers vs. Chiefs Feb 10, 2024

The Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers square off Sunday in Super Bowl LVIII. It's a game with legacies on the line and a chance for some members of the 49ers to make up for a missed opportunity a few years ago.

Dan Labbe is joined by cleveland.com's film expert Lance Reisland to preview the game. Lance discusses how each side can win this game and the matchups he's watching.

Browns clean up at NFL Honors: Myles Garrett, Joe Flacco, Kevin Stefanski and Jim Schwartz all win awards Feb 09, 2024

The Browns saw their season end long before they wanted it to end, but they got some consolation on Thursday night at the NFL Honors show. They took home all four awards they had a nominee for.

Myles Garrett won Defensive Player of the Year, Kevin Stefanski won Coach of the Year, Joe Flacco won Comeback Player of the Year and Jim Schwartz was named Assistant Coach of the Year.

Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe recapped the night and the Browns big victories in Las Vegas They spend time on Garrett finally winning the award he's been seeking, Stefanski winning his award for the second time in four years, Flacco's ride to his award and what Schwartz meant to this team.

What we learned from Browns OC Ken Dorsey's introductory press conference Feb 05, 2024

The Browns introduced new offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey on Wednesday in a press conference at the team’s headquarters in Berea. Dorsey takes over for Alex Van Pelt, who was let go earlier this offseason and is now the offensive coordinator in New England.

Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe discussed what they heard from Dorsey following Monday’s press conference.

They get into who will call plays and if it even matters. Then they talked about what Dorsey’s hire means for Deshaun Watson and what their expectations are for him in his new role. They also discuss how they think Dorsey will coach Watson.

The Browns had a season to remember in 2023, going 11-6 adn making the playoffs, and we’re handing out our annual Orange and Brown Talk awards on today’s podcast.

In Part 1 of the awards show, Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe hand out the MVP, most disappointing player, rookie of the year and most improved player.

They make their nominations for each award and then decide who should get the award for the 2023 season. They also take a look at who our Football Insider subscribers nominated for various awards.

The Browns are set to hire Ken Dorsey as their new offensive coordinator as they try to jumpstart Deshaun Watson's career and try to move their offense forward. On Wednesday's Orange and Brown Talk, we dive into the Dorsey hire.

Our film expert, Lance Reisland, joins the show to talk about what he's seeing while watching Dorsey's time as a playcaller in Buffalo. What has he learned about his scheme and what will he bring to the Browns.

Then Matt Parrino, Bills beat writer for Syracuse.com, joins the show. He talks about what happened with Dorsey and why he was fired during the season. He also talks about how Dorsey helped Josh Allen develop as his quarterbacks coach and then his coordinator and discussed Dorsey as a playcaller.
