Uproot Andy is a world renowned DJ and remixer. In 2008, he and Geko Jones founded Que Bajo, the tropical bass NYC party that pioneered the “Global Bass” sound. Originally from Canada, later based in Brooklyn, his radio show “Bien Buena” (alongside Riobamba) on Red Bull Radio introduced a whole new audience to sounds from the diaspora.
