Peaches kicks off this drop swinging at everything from the chaos in D.C. to the ridiculous idea that military academies ever needed race-based admissions. National Guard troops are back in the capital because apparently it’s become Mad Max with monuments. Cyber interns get a salute for their terrifyingly cool hacking skills, a World War I badass gets long-overdue recognition, and Space Force is about to light off the Vulcan rocket like it’s the Fourth of July. There’s also some sharp-shooting at West Point, desert fun with the Marines, and a not-so-subtle reminder that your enemy doesn’t give a damn about your DEI training—they just want you dead. Strap in.

    🔥 Key Takeaways:

    • National Guard called in to clean up D.C.’s mess.
    • Cyber interns casually flexing national security superpowers.
    • Medal of Honor reminder: ordinary people can be extraordinary.
    • Space Force’s Vulcan rocket ready for its first real mission.
    • Affirmative action at military academies—now officially dead.
    • West Point cadets get trigger time with the Army’s best.
    • Marines still doing Marine things in the desert.

Peaches is back with your August 11 Ops Brief — and as always, the military circus doesn’t disappoint. From the DoD’s 76th birthday party (cake not included) to the Navy handing CENTCOM over like a hot potato, it’s been a week. We hit the SkillsBridge hustle, Red Flag roaring over Nellis, Space Force flexing with upgraded sensors and a part-time gig option, and yes — a Guard Special Tactics Squadron in Tampa is on the way. Ep 497: AFSW Pipeline Cheat Codes Aug 11, 2025
    Show notes

    Send us Fan Mail

Forget the Instagram highlight reels—Peaches and Aaron are dropping the unfiltered, step-by-step hacks to survive the Air Force Special Warfare pipeline without becoming another quit statistic. This isn’t “drink more water” fluff; it’s the down-and-dirty, why-your-shins-are-dying, how-to-not-faceplant-on-the-IFT kind of episode. From running until you hate life, to fueling like a machine, to training until your friends think you’ve joined a cult, they break down exactly how to build durability, crush run times, and show up already dangerous. Plus, a SIG P320 scandal, why OTS Nashville is about to sell out, and how to tell if you’re lying to yourself about being “ready.”

    🔥 Key Takeaways:

    • Time on feet under load is non-negotiable—expect 20+ miles a day in the pipeline.
    • Fast runners graduate more. Period. Sub-7:00 mile pace or bust.
    • The IFT is designed to break you—train it in order, twice, back-to-back.
    • Fuel like an athlete, not a fitness influencer—protein, carbs, color.
    • Hydration isn’t optional—aim for a gallon a day, minimum.
    • Obsession is the entry fee—if your social life isn’t taking a hit, you’re not serious.

    ⏱️ Timestamps:
    00:00 – The “attributes-based” selection model explained
02:30 – Why Nashville OTS is about to sell out
06:10 – SIG P320 drama and why OSI is involved
09:00 – Time on feet: the silent career killer
14:50 – Pipeline culture: why you run everywhere
19:00 – Why 10,000 steps is for sick old people, not you
23:00 – The single metric that predicts graduation rates
28:00 – Fartlek runs and other speed-building hacks
33:00 – Fueling like a pro (and eating cookies at midnight)
38:00 – How to actually hydrate for performance
41:50 – The right (and wrong) way to train the IFT
47:30 – Why back-to-back IFTs are the ultimate readiness test
53:00 – The brutal truth about OTS pass rates
57:40 – Obsession: the only mindset that works

***Sneak Peek***MBRS 58: Deep State Frogs and Why Deployments Aren't Cool Aug 10, 2025
    Show notes

    Send us Fan Mail

In this members-only deep cut, Aaron and Trent pull no punches (and no show prep) as they ramble, rant, and roast their way through moving mishaps, military stupidity, and the myth of “cool deployments.” If you thought Ones Ready was structured… buckle up. This episode is pure stream-of-consciousness chaos, blending gym talk, Air Force drama, and political hot takes that’ll make the Pentagon’s PR team sweat.

Aaron goes full “crunchy dad” about unvaccinated kids and Montessori beds (seriously), Trent breaks down how moving wrecks your soul, and together they demolish the fantasy of operator life. Spoiler: it’s mostly paperwork, puke, and pretending to like mandatory fun runs.

Also: freefall sounds awesome until you realize it’s 12 hours of hurry-up-and-wait for 30 seconds of “cool.” And yes, they absolutely clown on commanders too fat to meet their own fitness standards. If you’ve ever wondered what the Ones Ready crew really talks about when the cameras are off… this is it.

👉 Don’t forget to like, subscribe, comment, leave a review, bring a friend to the membership, and hit up the Ones Ready merch store. If you’re not a member, well… you’re missing the spicy unfiltered stuff.

    🔥 Key Takeaways:

    • 🏠 Trent moved to a gated community so fancy it’s basically a Spurs player compound.
    • 🏋️‍♂️ Aaron’s gym childcare kicked him out because his kid “ruined the vibe.”
    • 💀 Deployments aren’t cinematic—they’re 99% boring, 1% chaos.
    • 💥 Freefall: 12 hours of misery for 30 seconds of adrenaline.
    • 🏃 Aaron’s Whoop tracker deleted his best run ever. RIP to the stats.
    • 🗳️ “All politicians are tools”—Aaron’s spicy political manifesto.
    • 🤯 Turns out Alex Jones was right about the frogs (Atrazine, anyone?).
    • 😂 “I’m fit enough to shame commanders, that’s why I work out.”
    • 🐐 Sam tried to pet a headbutting goat. Sam thought it was hilarious.
    • 📚 Book Recs: Government Gangsters + Follow the Money = fire reading.

Ops Brief 086: Daily Drop - 8 Aug 2025 - $88M in Drugs, 0 Balls on Terrorists, and a Space Force Flex? Aug 08, 2025
    Show notes

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome back to the Ones Ready team room, where Peaches kicks down the door with another unapologetic ops brief. We’re starting off hot with Fort Bliss turning into a glorified detention center because, shocker, we’re drowning in illegal immigration. Meanwhile, the Coast Guard just wrecked someone's narco empire by snatching up $88 million in drugs—casually dropped in San Diego like it’s trash day.

But the real jaw-dropper? Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, 9/11’s mastermind, pled guilty… to avoid the death penalty. Let that sink in. Mr. "I’ll send people to blow themselves up for paradise" is too scared to face his own end. Punk move of the century. Peaches doesn’t hold back, comparing him—and other cowardly leaders—to the same political class here at home. It’s savage, and it’s spot on.

On the Air Force side, we’ve got nuclear microreactors going online in Alaska (because why not test clean energy near Russia), the PT test still killing people who dry-scoop pre-workout, and a whole lot of effort to look like we’re “resilient” with energy security buzzwords. Also, surprise—transitioning service members just got denied early retirement pay. That’s gonna stir the pot.

Then there’s Space Force. Yep, they’re doing “Guardian Arena,” a Roman-gladiator-meets-tech-bro competition to prove they can actually sweat. Physical strength, mental agility, teamwork, and probably a whole lot of cosplay armor. Peaches is skeptical—but weirdly intrigued.

It’s all unfiltered, rapid-fire, and zero apologies. Let’s go.

    🔥 Key Takeaways:

    • Fort Bliss is now Fort Holding Tank
    • Coast Guard: 1, Cartel: 0 ($88M seized 💰)
    • 9/11 mastermind takes plea deal—won’t die for his own cause 🤡
    • Space Force hosts Roman-gladiator cosplay with kettlebells
    • DoD drops mini nukes in Alaska—for energy, not war (yet)
    • Air Force PT still causing heart attacks. Stop dry-scooping pre-workout, nerds.

Ep 496: Why This A-10 Crew Chief Ditched Active Duty and Won at Life - Derrick Blake Aug 08, 2025
    Show notes

    Send us Fan Mail

Think active duty is the only path? Derrick Blake would like a word—preferably during his 3-day weekend. From almost joining the Marines to wrenching on A-10s and recruiting for the 193rd Special Operations Wing, Derrick walks us through how the Air National Guard let him stay home, stack checks, and still deploy to undisclosed sandbox locations. Oh, and did we mention you start getting paid before basic? Yeah. This one’s going to ruffle some feathers—and we love it.

We talk Guard myths vs. facts, how student flight is the low-key cheat code, and why most people have no damn clue what the Guard even is. If you’re trying to join TACP or EOD through the Guard and haven’t hit up Derrick yet, what are you even doing?

    🔥 Key Takeaways:

    • 🎯 Enlist in the Guard? Get paid before BMT. Yes, seriously.
    • 🛩️ A-10 crew chief by trade, recruiter by mission, sarcasm by default.
    • 🧠 ASVAB prep = life trajectory. Don’t flunk your future.
    • 🏋️ TACP prep in the Guard is no joke—expect the gauntlet.
    • 😬 Meds, motivation, and mustaches—what’s disqualifying and what’s just annoying.

Peaches is back with a savage ops brief for August 7th—spitting truth, roasting bureaucracy, and dragging the Air Force’s finest decisions through the mud. Public Affairs thought they could silence him by revoking access to curated news updates (LOL), but jokes on them—he's still lighting up your eardrums. Show notes

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome to the most wholesome, family-friendly members-only episode we’ve ever recorded—just kidding, grab your ear muffs and a cold beverage. In this beautifully chaotic meltdown, Aaron and Peaches go nuclear on HOA Karens, wannabe mentorship DMs, and every fragile ego that thinks dropping into the Ones Ready inbox swinging is a good idea. Spoiler: it’s not.

We dive into brutal truths about security forces, why fantasy football is serious business, the art of getting absolutely throttled by life (and still talking smack), and why mentorship is earned, not assumed. Also included: Toehold flip-flop worship, Browns fan despair, and a sneak preview of upcoming OTS chaos in San Diego.

This isn’t just behind the scenes — it’s under the hood, covered in motor oil, flipping off the check engine light. You're welcome.

    🔥 Key Takeaways:

    • Security Forces as a Career Move? — Pros, cons, and why it's a hard road to Special Warfare.
    • Fantasy Football, Golden Dicks, and Other Sacred Rituals.
    • Mentorship Tip #1: If you have to tell people you're a mentor... you aren’t.
    • How HOA Boards are Just Training Camps for Future Dictators.
    • Why Ones Ready Will Never Shut Up — Not the Air Force, not YouTube, not even Satan himself.
    • Peaches vs. the Department of the Air Force News Email — Who Ya Got?
    • Rant Level: Nuclear. Sarcasm Level: Maxed Out.

    ⏱️ Timestamps:

    • 02:00 – Aaron’s Nesting Nightmare
    • 06:00 – HOA Terrorists and Why We Fight

    • 18:00 – Daily Drops: Insider Baseball from the Department of the Air Force
    • 24:00 – The Dumpster Fire that is Browns Draft Picks
    • 30:00 – Why Culture War Politics Are Exhausting (and Getting Worse)
    • 42:00 – Rant of the Century: Common Sense Isn’t Dead, It’s Just Shadowbanned
    • 50:00 – Deep Water Violence Philosophy (Don’t Start None, Won’t Be None)

    • Subscribe because unsubscribers probably get HOA fines in hell.
    • Comment your most savage HOA horror story — we’ll laugh, cry, and plan revolutions together.
    • Leave a review if you’ve ever been petty enough to run for HOA president just for revenge.
