In order to achieve a different result for your future, you have to start making decisions as if you were that version of yourself right now.
How can you start thinking like the naturally thin version of you today so that you create that result for yourself in the future? It definitely doesn't come from the thought "I will start tomorrow."
Think of yourself one month, one year, 10 years from now and that version of you looking back at you right now, in this moment, thinking THANK YOU. Thank you for making different decisions so that I can be in the body I have always dreamt of.
