Thoughts on Sleep and Exhaustion Aug 31, 2020
    Show notes

Today’s episode is on the topic of sleep - but more importantly, our THOUGHTS about sleep, as well as our thoughts on our energy, capacity, and exhaustion. We will be talking about the stories we may tell ourselves when it comes to these things, and how these stories - or beliefs - often then lead us to create more of the results we DON’T want. I also share a few ideas for how to write yourself some NEW beliefs to not only overcome your sleep-related anxiety, but to also help you show up in your life even more empowered and energized than ever before.

Your Permission Slip to Own Your Wants Aug 17, 2020
    Show notes

Today you can think of me as the Noah to your Allie as I'm asking the simple, but scary question: "What do you want?” Like really, truly WANT. My hope is that you allow yourself to answer this question honestly and that you’ll then challenge yourself to start to OWN those things - because nobody is going to go after your desires or dreams for you. It may be that this is exactly how God wants to draw you even closer to him… and help you become even more yourself.
