Show notes
With over 9 million followers on TikTok, today's guest, Baylen Dupree, has become a sensation! She's beautiful, she's smart, she's funny and she just happens to have Tourette's Syndrome.
Baylen opens up about what pushed her to share her life with Tourette's on TikTok and the pros and cons that come along with it. We delve into some of her triggers, the impact it's had on her family, her education and career. She thoroughly educates us on this very misunderstood syndrome and answers every question you may have had but were too scared to ask, like what does a tick feel like and why is profanity used so often!
Our chat with Baylen extends beyond her condition, offering listeners a candid look into her experiences with bullying, long-distance relationships and being an influencer. A compelling testament to resilience, Baylen’s story showcases how she has turned adversity into opportunities, monetizing her content and planning a future where her condition doesn't define her dreams.
