    How To Drive Cultural Change Around Mental Health with Simon Blake OBE Sep 16, 2020

    In this episode I speak with Simon Blake, OBE. He is the Chief Executive at Mental Health First Aid, Deputy Chair of Stonewall, and a Champion of Pride 365.

    He is the former CEO of National Union of Students and Brook, the young people’s sexual health charity.

    Frank openly speaks about his lifetime battle with depression, suicide running through his family, and how his journey inspired him for his first TED Talk, "A Matter of Laugh or Death,". Frank explains the methods he uses to help with his own battle.

    We also discuss how to help others. As well as ways to start the conversation, giving people who battle Mental and Emotional Illness permission to give voice to their feelings and experiences surrounding depression and suicide.
