Mind Love™ • Consciousness, Spirituality, and Science for Awakening

Ever felt like you’re waking up in a world that still wants you asleep?

Like you’ve always thought deeper, asked bigger questions… and saw through the illusions faster than most?

Mind Love™ is a top 0.5% podcast with over 500 episodes, and Podcast of the Year winner.

Hosted by Melissa Monte…speaker, story mentor, and self-proclaimed questioner of everything.

This show is for the spiritually curious and mentally sharp.

The ones who crave depth but reject dogma.

Who believe in energy and brain chemistry.

Who want to connect with Source but question religion.

Who want to feel more free in a world that tells them to stay small.

    Inside each episode, we explore:

    • Conversations that blend the sacred, the scientific, and the suppressed
    • Tools to help you rewire your mind, reclaim your voice, and rewrite your inner narrative
    • The questions most people are afraid to ask…about healing, identity, and what it means to wake up

    New episodes every week.

    • What it means to find your apostles.
    • How to let go of the imaginary and find value in your path.

Do you ever wonder what could have been? If you hadn’t made that mistake, if your dad hadn’t left, if you hadn’t self sabotaged, if you hadn’t broken up, if you hadn’t been injured…

How do you trust that everything is working out for your highest good when you feel like shit? That’s what we’re talking about today, among other things.

    • The dangers of running from our shame.
    • How to push through resistance.

Today we’re talking to someone who didn’t have it all figured out. She had too many dreams and wanted to do too many things.

Our guest today is Bridget Phetasy. She’s a comedian, a brilliant writer and, unexpectedly, a political commentator. She’s been interviewed by some big names, including Joe Rogan on 3 different occasions over the last few years.

Surviving the Worst and Creating the Best with Jennifer Kauffman • 220 Mar 08, 2022
    Show notes

    We will learn:

    • The first step for healing your mind and body naturally.
    • What to do when you can’t think of anything but your pain.
    • The process for letting go of resistance.

How is it that the worst thing that has ever happened to you, can become the greatest gift of your life?

Plenty of people go through something terrible and they sit in their pain their whole lives. Thinking they can’t help what happened to them and it’s all someone else’s fault.

So just going through something hard doesn’t always make you stronger. You don’t always see it from a positive perspective, even with time. It’s the little decisions in between. The tiny actions that start to recreate your life.

Our guest is Jennifer Kauffman. On April 15, 2013, the Boston Marathon witnessed a horrific event: 5 people died and 264 people were seriously injured from the bombings. Jennifer was one of them.

In an instant, her whole world was shattered. Surviving a terrorist attack led her to ask the question, “What good can possibly come from this?”

Jennifer is the producer of 2 Emmy award-winning films, an award-winning documentary, and is due to release the movie 'There's Got To Be More To Life - Transforming Through Trauma'.

Asking the Universe for Help with Kelsey Aida • X72 Mar 04, 2022
    Show notes

    We will learn:

    • How to identify what’s holding you back energetically.
    • Why you should never judge your desires.
    • How to release the “how” in manifestation.

“When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you achieve it.” - from Paul Cuellho’s The Alchemist.

Sometimes creating new beliefs is easier than others, but all life shifts seem to follow a similar process: new thought, new action, new evidence, new beliefs.

And this whole process is a whole lot easier when you trust that you’re not going at it alone. When you know that you can just ask the Universe for help.

And today we’re talking about how to do that. Our guest is Kelsey Aida. She is the co-host of the podcast High Vibin’ It, which I was recently a guest on. She’s also the author of Letter to the Universe. And she does 1-on-1 coaching and retreats as well.

The Power of Grounding and Neutral Energy Fields with Victoria Whitfield • 218 Feb 22, 2022
    Show notes

    We will learn:

    • How to stop being an emotional sponge.
    • Reframing your feelings of being too much or not enough.
    • The science of grounding.

Our minds are powerful creators, whether we like it or not. Our minds can create anything, but without conscious management of it, it can also create a lot of problems.

Every problem we have is in the mind. Our thoughts create the anxiety, the dread, the fear, the worry, the guilt, the hopelessness, the despair. But if our thoughts can create all these negative emotions, they can certainly be used to create the full range of positive emotions as well.

Today we’re talking about how to ground our thoughts and harness their power to create a life experience we truly love.

Our guest is Victoria Whitfield. She is a Sensei, a published author, a successful six-figure energy healer, and has toured the world showing heart-centered and growth-minded leaders how to get connected to their Natural Intuition and truly be Visionary, so they can work less and increase their impact.

What Shared Journeys to the Afterlife Can Teach About Dying Well and Living Better • X70 Feb 18, 2022
    Show notes

    We will learn:

    • What can explain these shared death experiences
    • How can we increase our likelihood of having one
    • What these experiences tell us about what lies beyond
    • How these experiences help take away the sting of death and better prepare us for our own final moments
    • How we can have both a better life and a better death

What is your relationship to death? What do you believe happens after we die? Or what about at the moment in time when someone crosses over? What if you could take part in the experience of a loved on crossing over?

Today, our guest is William Peters. He is an end-of-life therapist. In 2000 he had an out of body experience as a patient was dying.

He was so stunned by what had happened, he began searching for other people who’d shared similar experiences and spent the next twenty years gathering their stories to identify key patterns and features of what is now known as the “shared crossing” experience.
