The Mindset Mentor Who Went Viral and Is Changing People's Lives | Rob Dial Mar 02, 2020
    Show notes

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have a remarkable guest, Rob Dial who shares his entrepreneurial journey; his secret sauce to create viral content and videos, a piece of advice on how to avoid burning out on your job, and creates a successful and stress-free life, following your calling while changing people’s lives!

Rob Dial is a speaker, a viral content creator, mindset mentor, personal growth enthusiast and a coach who teaches coaches and consultants how to build and monetize their followings & make 6-7 figures online. He is the Founder of Mindset & Motivation Podcast with 30M+ downloads and that is consistently ranked in iTunes top 100 podcasts in the world out of 700,000+. Traveling is his big passion. In 2012, Rob took a solo trip to Europe and backpacked for 3 months, covering 11 countries and 26 cities.

Ever since Rob shows potential in speaking and selling. He was selling Cutco knives when he was 19 years old and opened an office when he was 21 years old. He decided to drop out from school to do it fulltime and recruited over 2,000 people and taught them how to sell knives. He was working 110 hours a week and later on left the job because of burnt out. Thinking of ways to earn money while doing his passion.

Sooner, Rob finds out he loves doing sales coaching and he became interested in personal and spiritual development. He loves standing in front of people & teaching them stuff because he feels obligated to share his knowledge. He started his podcast to positively impact the lives of others from lessons he has learned through 14 years of self-development.

He works towards being consistent especially with his podcast, on creating videos and content. Training his audience to know what to expect from him and when to expect it. He makes sure he doesn’t miss uploading episodes on a regular basis. Rob continues growing financially while doing something that he loved without the feeling of being burnt-out.

According to his research, 85% of people spend their majority of life with the job that they hate. For him, it would be better to actually do something that you love and make less money at it than doing the contrary. Doing a job that you hate is not a good example for your children and it does not show up to your fullest as a parent because you’re tired from work.

Currently, Rob has more time doing things he loves like traveling around the world and more connecting with nature. To him, everything feels so much more effortless because Rob is not trying to force anything but trying to allow things.

How to Go From a 6 Figure Earner to a 7 Figure Entrepreneur | Craig Ballantyne Feb 24, 2020
    Show notes

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have Craig Ballantyne who shares insights and tips on how to become a high performer and control your mornings, the power of public accountability, the best way to tell the story that is valuable to the world, how to earn more confidence, gives some business lessons on how to get yourself to the next level, and how to turn your 6 figure earnings to 7 figures!

Craig Ballantyne is an Entrepreneur, Speaker, Business Coach, Personal Development Coach, High-Performance Coach, Coach of 250+ 7-Figure Entrepreneurs, author of the Perfect Day Formula, co-owner of the website, EarlytoRise.com.

He created a series of coaching programs for high-performers, entrepreneurs, and executives. Each year, The Perfect Life Retreat helps high performers get more done each day, increase their income, and make more quality time for their family and personal lives. Craig's friends called him, "The World's Most Disciplined Man."

Craig spent 15 years selling his programs on the internet until he started coaching and speaking career, and joining mastermind groups. He strongly believed that knowing a lot of people makes everything in life easier. Successful people have all areas of life checked off and very well connected. Thus, it is a way of knowing more about how to grow your business, where to invest your money, knowing more about real estate, how to flip houses more, etc.

Moreover, he talks about the importance of preparation and controlling your mornings. What does it mean? Craig believed that the more prepared you are, the more successful you’re going to be just like the top successful entrepreneurs in the world. Just like preparing things the night before to dominate your day.
On the other hand, Craig was used to being a binge drinker, hypocritical, socially anxious, introverted type of person, stressed and had some anxiety attacks, but decided to leave the vicious life and shift into a virtuous life. He gets his life on track, living his best, building a legacy and impacting more people.

You too can do it. How? Craig suggested that you just need to be willing to admit what you are not willing to do to not live in frustration and depression. Know your true self and what your values are. Then, you can design your life to be successful whatever that means to you. You don’t need to be like somebody else but being the best version of yourself. Just figure out what game you’re willing to play and play that game as well as you can.
Above all, don’t forget to have that patience when you hit obstacles and hurdles with your business and in life!

How To Bullet -Proof Your Business And Scale To The Inc 5000 List | Vick Tipnes Feb 17, 2020
    Show notes

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have a magnificent guest Vick Tipnes who shares his entrepreneurial journey on how he came up with the winning idea & built a multimillion-dollar company, how he endures pain from a lot of failures and sacrifices, how he developed a high level of confidence, and bulletproof his business and scale to the Inc. 5000 list!

Vick Tipnes is a serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and the CEO of the Blackstone Medical Services (BMS), the market leader in home sleep testing. Blackstone recently made the coveted Inc. 5000 list in 2016 and was ranked 1276 out of 500 companies in the country, based on its 345% growth and is, set to make the list again in 2017.

Vick's parents were entrepreneurs with 20 units’ motel in Florida. He grew up in an entrepreneurial environment that taught him the work ethic. Vick worked very hard and had several startups until he figured out his areas were. Then he started Blackstone in 2012 from his Kitchen; his purpose was to provide better quality, access, and costs for patients, providers and insurance companies. His core idea is wanted to have a company that could help a lot of people, at the same time freedom that the job could never afford that luxury.

Before that, Vick made his own thorough research and decided to take a business that already exists and innovate it. It became a multimillion-dollar company & the largest now in Florida, operating in 50 States with 150 full time employees. Vick did all that in 8 years but life is not full of rainbows and butterflies. Before that, he had some startup failures.

This optimistic guy worked diligently every single day. Vick didn’t have an elaborate business plan or an elaborate website but just started it. He had many struggles along the way like from losing funding. It was until 2013 when he was almost completely bankrupt who only had $78.00 dollars left to his name. But he has a very high level of endurance. He believed that pain is part of the journey and endurance is the key. It took him 4 years suffering before his business succeeded & paid off.

An amazing man with a very high level of confidence, Vick believes that it is inborn and innate at the same time earned from time and experience. He emphasizes investing in you in order to gain confidence. It’s not going to the salon or reading books but going into events and seminars to gain more knowledge about your field you want to be an expert with.
