18. Monday Meditations: Healing Feb 27, 2024

Show notes

Happy Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to be meditating on healing.

Every one of us is in need of healing, whether it be from sin, sickness, mental affliction, spiritual fatigue, emotional suffering or anxiety and worry. I want to encourage you to reconcile your wounds. Don’t run away in fear or avoidance from the problems you face. Healing will elude you if you don’t confront the root causes of your struggles. Instead of fleeing, go to the source of endless supply, our God. He is Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. Ask Him to empower you and strengthen your shoulders, that He would equip you to address the struggles you’re experiencing and to tackle your situation head-on. In John 10:10 Jesus says, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” He died for us so that we can live for Him. Heal so that you can continue building for the Kingdom without any hesitation.

We hope that you enjoy this episode.

17. Monday Meditations: Seasons of Change Feb 19, 2024

Show notes

Happy Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to be meditating on the Seasons of Change.

Although seasons of change can be filled with so many unknowns, there is beauty to be found in the reality that uncertainty can also be viewed as possibility. God has great plans for our lives and He is walking alongside us as we undergo these many changes. He is the one that is ultimately in control. He writes the beginning and the end and although we may feel that weapons are forming around us as we undergo seasons of change, we must remember that they will not prosper.

We hope that you enjoy this episode.

Show notes

Happy Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to be meditating on the power of Joy.

Joy is powerful. Yet, it's not in interchangeable with happiness. Happiness is fleeting. It’s an emotion that fluctuates with circumstance. But as a Christian, joy is so deeply ingrained into our heart. Joy is long lasting and it satisfies the heart in an extremely unique and incredible way. It’s no doubt a characteristic of God’s people who are walking in His presence. Joy is an absolute gift and it’s given to those who trust in Christ.

S3: 04 waterboy vs. quarterback Nov 26, 2023

Show notes

A few weeks ago I was so blessed and honored to have a tea hosted by TPUSA Faith, called RISE UP where I had 3 phenomenal women alongside me on stage and we dove into the topics of today, faith, and how to be a strong biblical woman in such a messed up culture and quite frankly world that we live in right now. These three women, Eileen marx, Stephanie Denhman, and Rachel Jensen, have all blessed my life in immeasurable ways with their prayer, wisdom, and counsel and I have no doubt that what they share in this episode will bless you as well.

So, if youre questioning your role in your ministry. If you’re questioning whether or not you should take that job, break up with that boyfriend, dive headfirst into a new season of life, if trying to hear God’s voice, struggling in your marriage or want to get married, start a company or become a mom, this episode is for you. We cover it all.

15. Monday Meditations: Eternal Oct 02, 2023

Show notes

Happy Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to be meditating on how our God is eternal.

There’s a difference between time and eternity. As humans we live, eat, breathe, sleep, and exist on time. But one day, when our bodies pass or when Jesus comes, whichever first, time as we know it will be no more. Those who are redeemed in Christ will enter into a never-ending day, eternity.

No one made God. The concept of eternity is woven throughout scripture and is revealed to us in God’s creation every single day. God is not on trial, he doesn't have to prove his existence to us and to the skeptics.

This attribute of God shows to us even more how He lives outside of time and is in complete control of everything. He is in the past, the present, and the future. Because of eternity we do not have to live in fear or despair, we can rest knowing that we have a God who is in control every hour of today, and every minute of tomorrow.

S3: 03 tough love; feat. Charlie & Erika Kirk Sep 28, 2023

Show notes

Welcome to a very special episode of Midweek Rise Up where I get a chance to sit down with my husband Charlie Kirk and hash out some questions submitted on my instagram about being single in today’s world and trying to date or find your future spouse. We had some fun banter, but I have to say, there’s some tough love in this episode. Some might agree with our answers, others might not, but regardless we wanted to share what was on our hearts.

If you’re listening to this today and you’re still single, keep going, continue to put God first. Everything else will fall into place. God knows the desires of your heart, trust that, and trust His timing. Whatever is meant for you will NOT pass you by.

14. Monday Meditations: Incomprehensible Sep 26, 2023

Show notes

Happy Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to be meditating on how our God is incomprehensible.

he way God is just, righteous, patient, loving, wise, infinite, kind, and merciful all at the same time is a beautiful example of Him being beyond our comprehension. He is greater than anything you or I could imagine. That alone is so special and shows us that our God is a way-maker and a miracle worker, we need only to put our faith and trust fully into Him.

So today, allow God to be God. Stop trying to write your own story. Put your faith and trust FULLY into God and let the beautiful process of walking in obedience with the Lord unfold. We’re not perfect, and we have a lot to learn each new day, but thank the Good Lord, we get another day, God willing, to try again and get it right.

12. Monday Meditations: Righteous Sep 11, 2023

Show notes

Happy Monday Meditations! The attribute of God that we’ll be meditating on today will be his Righteousness.

The righteousness of God can be one of the more challenging attributes to understand, but it is truly one of the most important. It is an attribute that God alone possesses perfectly, and we, as humans by our own graces, do not.

Charles H. Spurgeon has a great quote, he says "The greatest enemy to human souls is the self-righteous spirit which makes men look to themselves for salvation."
It is important that you understand that righteousness is not something that God does, it is something that God is. To put it another way, righteousness is part of God’s character.
God counts us as righteous based only on the finished sacrifice of Jesus
