In this episode, Erinn and Ethan review Faith Westman and Butch Atwood’s 911 call transcripts that were released as a result of a public “Right-to-Know” request filed earlier this year. They discuss Maura’s UMass dorm photos that were displayed at Crime Con in May of 2018, as well an institution in New Hampshire known as the “Laurie List.”

4: E4 Addendum: Words Matter Nov 07, 2017

This is a short addendum to the fourth episode and it addresses two points. The first pertains to the response I received from the NH State Police regarding James Renner’s claim that “the police think she was pregnant” on Episode 2 of "The Disappearance of Maura Murrray" series on Oxygen. The second addresses another question I reached out to law enforcement about, which is whether Renner’s claim that Maura was about to be cited for Reckless Operation before she disappeared is true. The short answer to both questions is “No.” These distinctions are very important. Over the years, the sum total of all these instances of little fibs, warped truths, and exaggerated claims (often based on rumors and/or questionable sources) has painted a picture that in no way resembles the truth. I felt that there was no harm in providing some clarification.
