In this episode, Erinn, Ethan, and Scott discuss the second half of the forensic report of the 1996 Saturn that Maura drove from Massachusetts to New Hampshire the day she disappeared. The analysis was conducted in May of 2010. The topics discussed in this episode include the SDM recorder output and the physical damage to the car. They also discuss several miscellaneous notes in the report regarding the exhaust system, unidentified stains, a missing part, an unidentified part, and notes from an interview of a woman at the Swiftwater Stage Shop conducted by the analyst. In this episode, Erinn plays Part 2 of a Q&A session with former law enforcement officer and private investigator, Guy Paradee. He continues answering questions that were proposed by members of the “The Disappearance of Maura Murray Discussion Group” on Facebook. Again, the group's administrator (Sara) asks Guy the questions. Topics include investigative procedure (i.e. search warrants and grand juries), the timeline, Guy's thoughts on how law enforcement handled this case, and advice on how websleuths can best contribute to the case.

12: Q&A with Guy Paradee - Part 1 Jul 14, 2018

In this episode, Erinn plays Part 1 of a Q&A session with former law enforcement officer and private investigator, Guy Paradee. As a member of the New Hampshire League of Investigators (led by John Healy), Guy began looking into the case shortly after Maura’s disappearance. He’s been a police officer, a detective, a federal agent, and is an expert in crime scene and accident reconstruction. He answers questions that were proposed by members of the “The Disappearance of Maura Murray Discussion Group” on Facebook. The questions are asked by one of the administrators of the group, Sara, who compiled the questions and set up the meeting with Guy. Topics include the NHLI’s primary suspect, the results of cadaver dog searches in the area, the A-Frame house, and Guy’s assessment of the damage to the Saturn.
