On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, President Biden will go to Philly on Thursday and give a speech to explain how democracy is under attack, not by China, Iran, or Russia, but by conservative Republicans. This is from the same Joe Biden who has supported racist segregationists, tried to destroy the first black Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall, and denied the first Black woman nominated to the high court, Janice Rogers Brown. Clearly, Biden knows who is writing the history books so he's doing whatever he wants, and he doesn't care if he turns Americans against each other. Then, Woodrow Wilson trashed the Declaration of Independence, saying to forget the first part about rights and liberty and focused on the second part, grievances. The Democrat Party was born in hatred for America, hatred for equality, and today that's even more clear. Biden is further to the left than Wilson and will use demagoguery and corruption to get what he wants. Later, isn't the open border an attack on democracy? Why is Biden funding the police? Because the Democrats defunded them and now cities across America are suffering. Incidentally, the Democrats blame the Republicans for this. Afterward, Mikhail Gorbachev passed away. Gorbachev was critical of Putin saying he's created a sham democracy. Finally, US Senate candidate for Nevada, Adam Laxalt, former Attorney General of Nevada, joins the show to discuss how the border patrol has endorsed his race. Laxalt reiterated how his opponent is simply a rubber stamp for Biden and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, while the establishment claims that Republican candidates are running on the unconstitutional raid at Mar-a-Lago it simply isn't true. Despite much talk about it, candidates must run on their records and against President Biden's. Lamentably, there is no establishment media for the conservative movement so 'We The People' must fight like we're behind, in order to win seats in Congress this November. Then, the media portrays the midterm elections as a national election but not a single candidate will represent the nation. Instead, they will represent individual congressional districts so one should view much of this data as skewed and be skeptical of it. Later, despite the FBI's prior delays they have now reviewed all of Donald Trump's documents in record speed before the court could appoint an independent special master to protect privileged information. This program believes that the Judge should request the names of anyone that reviewed any documents, and their chain of custody, after it was announced on Saturday that the Court was leaning toward appointing a special master. Afterward, the FBI Agent that led the investigation into former President Trump, Tim Thibault, has been escorted from the office. Reports suggest he may have resigned for misleading Merrick Garland and FBI director Christopher Wray regarding the raid on Trump's Mar-a-Lago home.

We are in the midst of an American cold war, where the forces of tyranny battle with forces of liberty using the legal system, public schools, the government, and the media to advance their agenda. The Constitution provides no authority to any President of the United States to unilaterally forgive any debt owed to the people without any legislation from congress. This move by Democrats to forgive student loan debt and appeal to their base will affect inflation just like any other spending bill. Jared Kushner discusses his new book "Breaking History: A White House Memoir." Kushner walks us through what it was like inside the Trump White House during the chaotic siege of Mueller's Russia witch hunt. A President can classify and declassify at will and doesn’t need to follow any protocol - he is the executive branch. The question remains, was this FBI raid about January 6 and broader issues? Did you ever think you would see the day when teachers in Virginia are trained to transition children's genders without parental approval? To figure out what’s going on we have to go back to Marx and Engels who argued that you had to destroy the family unit, and binary sex in order to establish a Marxist society.

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the idea that former President Trump stole documents when he has the utmost authority to declassify records that are classified or otherwise is moronic. He is not subject to criminal charges because the Presidential Records Act anticipates the nuance of any president leaving office and retaining documents, this is absurd. The government had less-intrusive options but opted for the most aggressive means possible because it allowed them to seize as much as they felt like. It's clear that in this case, Donald Trump is below the law as he's been treated worse than any other citizen would be. Then, a full-fledged operation in Fairfax Virginia is underway to push transgenderism on kids. This would not happen in Florida as Governor Ron DeSantis and the parents are working together to prevent it. Afterward, Congressman Lee Zeldin, candidate for Governor of New York, calls in to discuss New York Governor Kathy Hochul's comments about conservatives not being real New Yorkers and banishing the to Florida. Zeldin added that crime is rampant in New York and a change in leadership is needed now.

If an ex-President has classified documents, he didn’t acquire them as an ex-President. California is turning into Venezuela. Finally, Gov Ron DeSantis calls in to discuss the DeSantis education agenda. 25 out of the 30 DeSantis endorsed candidates won on Tuesday running on this agenda. DeSantis’s opponent Charlie Crist is insulting the voters of Florida and California Governor Newsom is getting involved in the Florida Governors race.

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden signed college student loan forgiveness for up to $10,000. How do you reduce the deficit and inflation by spending trillions of dollars and creating more debt? We are rewarding those that aren't abiding by what they promised to do - and pay back their loans. What about those that have loans in other areas - will they be able to just not pay them as well? The division within the country continues as Biden does more Executive Orders that are unconstitutional as well as he doesn't even have the power to do! Also, Iran is pursuing uranium as China continues to take control over valuable minerals throughout the eastern hemisphere. Benjamin Netanyahu is warning that the new Biden Iran Nuclear deal is even worse than the first one, and is allowing Iran to get closer to a nuclear weapon. We have an incompetent, dangerous man in the Oval Office.

Since there is a five-year period in which the former President can restrict access to his documents (both classified and unclassified) under the Presidential Records Act, Trump has not violated any law and the search against him was unconstitutional. Later, John Solomon founder of Just The News joins the show to discuss the media's bias in their reporting. Solomon reiterated that reporting facts is sorely needed in our nation today. Former President Trump filed a motion against the government citing that politics can't be allowed to influence legal proceedings. It's clear that Trump is being targeted because he is the clear front-runner for the 2024 presidential election. The government's failure to provide a detailed inventory of documents taken in the unconstitutional raid where Trump's fourth amendment rights were violated by a politicized FBI and magistrate judge. Then, the Democrat Party hates this country and full of dirty tricks that they pull off in plain sight via the media. Isn't it strange that some conservatives are more against Oz than they're against radical progressive John Fetterman? Later, Fauci is retiring but will he be taking any documents with him? Of course, leftists within the media like Carl Bernstein won't even ask.

Donald Trump is the biggest threat that the ruling class has ever faced and now they're coming after him to get to you. The espionage act cannot be applied to a President and was never even intended to be applied to a former president, and to do so would be unconstitutional. Woodrow Wilson threatened newspapers that challenged his views and used the Espionage Act to jail opponents. President Biden signed the putrid, massive spending bill known as the Inflation Reduction Act which will not ease inflation but add to it. This fractures the connection between the individual citizen and their government in a way that empowers the bureaucrats and weakens the people. This bill will add to the deficit and further hurt the struggling U.S energy industry. Biden will subsidize illegal immigration, the industry-crushing Green New Deal, and pitch this bill as a win for Democrats and a detriment for Republicans that voted against it. The CDC received a blistering report regarding its handling of COVID and it was determined that it fell short of expectations and will be shaking things up. Contrary to what it sounds like the CDC will likely shake things up to make things more political while instituting additional woke policies. The FBI wants to keep the Trump affidavit sealed because the FBI may have spies inside Mar-A-Lago. Merrick Garland was apparently unsure what to do even though they suspected the destruction of documents, so he waited a couple of weeks before he authorized the raid. From the low-level conflicted Magistrate Judge to the politicized prosecutors, the whole thing stinks of a political witch hunt. AG Garland and others must be investigated and exposed for treating America like the Soviet Union.

On Friday’s Mark Levin show, the Trump legal team has announced a major fourth amendment motion challenging the FBI search warrant on former President Trump's private home Mar-a-Lago. Trump's lead attorney, James Trusty, joins the show to discuss the corrective action that Trump will be taking to attack the search warrant based on the fourth amendment and a lack of particularity. Trusty noted that the government failed to meet the required standard of what was allowed and was not playing fairly. Critics are up in arms because there has been an uptick in threats against the FBI, interestingly these same critics were silent when threats were made against Supreme Court Justices. Then, Democrats laud the passing of more tax-and-spend bills as if they are giving something to the people. They are not. Price controls are extraordinarily dangerous on prescription drugs or anything else. It's simple math, by capping the price of any drug the Democrats have made it harder to discover new breakthrough drugs and treatments because drug manufacturers will have less money coming in. This will kill innovation and progress toward helping people in need. These price controls will hurt the American people. Later, FL Governor Ron DeSantis will not allow the biased media to malign him or the Jewish people with their Jew-hating rhetoric or trying to tie him to the same. DeSantis has been an unabashed supporter of the Jewish community since he served in the US Congress and continues to do so as Governor. Yet the cable hosts and the ladies at "The View" call for violence.
