On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, WJNO Radio Host Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. There are now 320% more immigrants in the U.S since Biden took office. This equates to more than the population of 15 states. Yet Vice President Kamala Harris, our Border Czar, says the border is secure and the media wants to call Gov. Ron DeSantis a kidnapper. Then, the uncontrolled border has become an industry with people being trafficked and smuggled into Mexico just to trek across the Rio Grande River into the U.S. The San Antonio Sheriff is very concerned about the 48 migrants that flew to Martha's Vineyard but said nothing about the 53 dead migrants that perished as they were smuggled across Biden's open border in the back of a hot truck in San Antonio. Later, President Biden has expanded Title IX protections for boys to have access to girls' bathrooms and locker rooms. These issues have to be addressed and corrected. On this Mark Levin podcast exclusive, this election's important. If you go on the internet and you look at how the media are covering this election, it's again, a disgrace. They are in full surrogate mode for the Democrat party. They keep talking about how Republican candidates are controversial. They keep talking about abortion. They keep talking about independents who were leaning Republican or now leaning Democrat. When it comes to this election, we must win, or our enemies will become emboldened. Mark takes a look at what voting Democrat in this election really means. This is a different kind of election, you either vote as somebody who loves America, or you vote as somebody who hates America. It's that simple, you're voting for America or against America. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, a new poll shows the majority of Democrats do not believe that America is the greatest country, while 69% of Republicans did say that America is the greatest country. Democrats in the survey also favored socialism over capitalism. Then, Reagan Biographer Craig Shirley calls in to discuss faulty polling and similarities between Ronald Reagan's landslide victory and current polls. Shirley also noted the weakness of Washington's Republican leadership imploring them to go on permanent offense in order to win. Later, rhetoric can affect people. Political debates that become murders are ignored by Democrats who turn a blind eye to violence. When conservatives are the ones being hunted down and killed, the media is silent, and no one criticizes Biden, Liz Cheney, or any other Democrat. Afterward, discrimination against Jewish students at a Jewish University continues and Justices Sotomayor and Alito face off in the dissent. Even progressive Democrat New York City Councilman Ritchie Torres sees the rise in antisemitic hate crimes and New York City's failure to protect Jews against such hate crimes and called for the DOJ to help.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party has a long history of racism and one of their leaders was Woodrow Wilson. Wilson re-segregated the federal government and separated Black workers with cages according to W.E.B. Du Bois. Others like, Jefferson Davis and Robert E. Lee were Democrats who fought to protect slavery and resisted ending lynching. FDR's first SCOTUS nominee was KKK lawyer Hugo Black and he snubbed Black Olympian Jesse Owens from attending the White House. Then, Democrats are afraid to admit that they're not trying to codify Roe v Wade, they're trying to codify death. The Science in Roe acknowledged that it's a viable child and Democrats don't feel that Roe went far enough. Sadly, this is the most vicious form of population control seen anywhere on earth. Later, Democrats take to the media for damage control over the migrants that were voluntarily flown to Martha's Vineyard and trashed Christianity and Republican Governors, while claiming that the migrants were 'kidnapped.' Bexar County Sherriff claims he will investigate DeSantis' relocation of migrants to Massachusetts. Afterward, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton joins the show to discuss a recent big tech court victory and how Texas law allows county officials certain autonomy including district attorneys and sheriffs.

President Biden has announced a cancer ‘moonshot.’ However, he should focus on the lack of proficiency in American students due to the interruption caused by the COVID lockdowns. President Joe Biden is praising himself for the so-called Inflation Reduction Act while inflation was just measured at 8.3% (year-over-year) with increases in gas measured at 25%, electricity at 15%, and food at 11% with eggs alone at a 40% increase. The Federal Reserve cannot keep up with controlling the monetary side of Biden's policy because the fiscal side of his spending is so out of control and will only add to inflation. Democrats are crooked, corrupt cheats that don't accept the will of the people in elections, and they've been that way since their inception. Democrat Attorney Marc Elias carefully organizes scores of litigators to change election laws to improve the probability of Democrats winning. The current administration is spending millions of dollars in the way of hearings and investigations into Trump with the goal of influencing and interfering in the 2022 midterms so that they can mitigate their expected losses in congress. Yet it's these same Democrats that say that Republicans are the ones that can't accept the outcome of an election. What is the purpose of immigration? On Friday's Mark Levin Show, kudos to the Republican Governors for giving Democrats a taste of their own medicine by relocating illegal immigrants to wealthy, white, liberal neighborhoods. The mechanism to change the voting population is illegal migration followed by subsequent chain migration and generations of loyal voters is their expectation. The Biden Administration is a self-appointed elitist, racist, and narcissistic ruling class that's proven they don't want 'undocumented migrants,' brown people, from Central and South America in their backyard. The Democrats' hypocrisy is astounding, and the narco-terrorist cartels are laughing at President Biden as we lose our country. Then, Democrats have institutionalized lawlessness in the bureaucracy, at the border, and everywhere else they can. CA Governor Gavin Newsom's policies have abused children. Later, the government has more people investigating violent domestic extremists than they do domestic terrorists. This highlights a longstanding pattern of the politicization of the Department of Justice using threat tags to target parents and citizens that disagree with the administration's politics. Afterward, JD Vance joins the show to discuss his race for the US Senate in Ohio. Vance says that his opponent votes in lockstep with Democrats Chuck Schumer but claims to be a conservative.

The ruling class is completely disconnected from the American people and they're trying to change the country for various reasons. They reject the idea that open borders are to change the make-up of the country to further their control, but this is precisely what happens when you have open borders. Interestingly the Administration and the media will not cover the atrocities occurring at the border whether it's crimes against women and children, fentanyl trafficking, or the rampant number of migrants just simply crossing right into the U.S under the phony guise of asylum. Then, the government redistributes the wealth you create. The tax dollars of hard-working Americans are paying to forcefully undo this country racially, economically, and educationally. Later, FDR used the institutions of the modern left, the FBI and the media, against political opponents and used the New York Times to tamp down coverage of the Holocaust. Yet some leftists will project that anyone who is against illegal immigration is a fascist Nazi. Afterward, Sen. Mike Lee joins the show to discuss his re-election campaign in Utah. Lee highlighted the need to prevent Schumer and the Democrats from having an additional vote to add more spending to inflation on the American people.

Democrat Attorney Marc Elias carefully organizes scores of litigators to change election laws to improve the probability of Democrats winning. The current administration is spending millions of dollars in the way of hearings and investigations into Trump with the goal of influencing and interfering in the 2022 midterms so that they can mitigate their expected losses in congress. Yet it's these same Democrats that say that Republicans are the ones that can't accept the outcome of an election. Then, Mitch McConnell has said nothing critical of what the Department of Justice has done to Trump or his allies. This country has an extensive history of using the political process set up by the Constitution to challenge elections and affect a change in the outcome of an election. The federal government has no authority over statewide elections even if it's for a federal office. Later, a Durham filing reveals that Igor Danchenko was paid by the FBI to be a confidential human source for three years even though the source had ties to Russian intelligence. The FBI will not stop going after Trump despite knowing the Steele dossier was false. Afterward, Fox News Political Analyst Gianno Caldwell joins the show to discuss details of his younger brother's, still unsolved, recent murder. Caldwell noted that the Chicago Police has a high attrition rate due to retirements following the Defund the Police movement and now the city lacks the detectives it needs to address the skyrocketing murders.

Later, Debra Burlingame, sister of 9/11 pilot Chip Burlingame, calls in to discuss why it's wrong to negotiate with terrorists and eliminate the death penalty for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and other Guantanamo Bay detainees. Burlingame added that too many have died for poor decisions like this to be tolerated. Afterward, Arizona Senate candidate Blake Masters joins the show with an update on his campaign. Masters highlighted why his opponent Mark Kelly will be a rubber-stamp for Joe Biden.
