This weeks episode I'm riding solo. I wanted to take a moment and make a quick episode on what we at Victory Capital Group look for in a property we would like to purchase and why we look for those characteristics. If you know of a deal that meets a majority of these criteria or stumble on one, let's talk! We would like to see how both parties would be able to benefit from this if that means equity in the deal, a partnership or even a finders fee. We hope you enjoy the episode!

Ever hear of an equity multiple? Probably not. Equity multiple is a great way to measure how much your initial investment multiples in a passive syndication. This can also be used on small multi-family investments that you actively own and operate. Have questions? E-mail me at dante@victorycapgroup.com
