George Santos: How I Survived Prison Nov 30, 2025
    Show notes

George Santos sits down with Ian Bick for his most revealing interview yet — sharing how he went from serving in Congress to serving time behind bars. In this episode, Santos opens up about the investigations, the scandals, the pressure, the downfall, and what prison was really like on the inside. He discusses the moment everything came crashing down, how he survived prison life, what he learned about himself on the inside, and how he views his future now that he's out. Santos also speaks candidly about corruption, power, public scrutiny, media narratives, and how quickly someone in politics can rise — and fall. Whether you know him from headlines, controversies, or comedy sketches, this conversation goes far beyond the memes and viral clips. This is George Santos telling his story in his own words: the mistakes, the reality check, the consequences, and the lessons he took from prison and public disgrace.

    Show notes

Anthony Arillotta was a powerful boss in the Genovese Crime Family, one of New York's most feared mafia organizations. Rising through the ranks in Springfield, Massachusetts, Arillotta became a made man and later took control of the family's operations — running gambling, loansharking, and extortion rackets that defined East Coast organized crime. After years of violence, betrayal, and federal investigations, he made a decision that shocked the mob world and changed his life forever. Anthony opens up about his rise in the Genovese family, life as a mafia boss, the murders and power struggles that came with it, and what ultimately made him walk away from one of the most dangerous criminal organizations in America. #AnthonyArillotta #GenoveseCrimeFamily #MafiaBoss #LockedInWithIanBick #OrganizedCrime #TrueCrimePodcast #MafiaStories #prisoninterviews Thanks to RULA & CASH APP for sponsoring this episode: Rula: Rula patients typically pay $15 per session when using insurance. I Sold Guns, Drugs & Fake Documents — Then I Almost Got Deported | Kamil Philip Nov 26, 2025
    Show notes

Kamil Philip was born in post-Communist Poland and came to the U.S. with his family on a one-month visa that turned into a lifelong fight for survival. Growing up in a Long Island junkyard, Kamil's version of the American dream spiraled into gun charges, forged documents, and years of run-ins with the law. But his biggest battle wasn't prison—it was deportation. After losing his mother and being targeted by a detective determined to ruin his future, Kamil faced being sent back to the country his family risked everything to leave. Against all odds, a judge let him stay, and he rebuilt his life from scratch. Today, he's a successful business owner who employs ex-cons, mentors young people, and teaches others how to build their own second chance. From selling guns and fake documents to nearly being deported, Kamil's story is a powerful journey of survival, redemption, and what it really takes to overcome the system. #LockedInWithIanBick #TrueCrime #DrugTrafficking #DeportationStory #PrisonStories #Immigration #RedemptionStory #realstories Thank you to RULA & PELIPOST for sponsoring this episode: Rula: Rula patients typically pay $15 per session when using insurance. I Used & Sold Heroin — Then Ended Up In An Ohio Prison | Edward English Nov 25, 2025
    Show notes

Edward English grew up between Houston and Ohio in a turbulent home marked by an absent father and an abusive stepfather. Put on Ritalin from ages 7 to 17, he struggled with confidence and identity — eventually turning to drugs as a way to escape. What started as experimentation spiraled into an eight-year heroin addiction that led to his arrest in 2011 for possession, distribution, and trafficking. Sentenced to nearly eight years in prison, Edward served 4.5 before being released in 2016. Behind bars, everything changed. Through faith, mentorship, and personal growth programs, he transformed his mindset and rebuilt his life from the inside out — a journey he documents in his memoir Emersion. Today, Edward is 14 years clean, a husband, father, and commercial plumber in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to helping others overcome addiction and find purpose after prison. His story is one of pain, perseverance, and the power of true transformation. #LockedInWithIanBick #PrisonStories #TrueCrime #AddictionRecovery #HeroinAddiction #OhioPrison #RedemptionStory #realstories Thank you to DAWS for sponsoring this episode: Go to http://www.daws.org/ to donate, adopt or send items from their wishlist. I Spent 25 Years In Prison — It Turned Me Into An Animal | Benjamin McChesney Nov 19, 2025
    Show notes

Ben McChesney spent 25 years behind bars, serving time in more than a dozen state and federal prisons across the country — from low-level facilities to some of the toughest penitentiaries in America. His story is one of chaos, survival, and defiance. After being accused of stealing several pallets of firearms in what became one of the largest gun heists in his state, Ben went on the run to Mexico for two years before being captured. Acting as his own attorney, he fought multiple cases, beat a federal kidnapping charge, and survived years of violence and transfers across 14 federal prisons. Inside, he ran underground poker tables, fought predators, and lived by his own code. Raw, unfiltered, and brutally honest, Ben's story exposes the reality of long-term prison life, corruption, and what it truly takes to survive 25 years in the system. #LockedInWithIanBick #PrisonStories #TrueCrime #LifeInPrison #RedemptionStory #RealStories #PrisonLife #SurvivingPrison Thank you to BLUECHEW for sponsoring this episode: Visit https://bluechew.com/ and use promo code LOCKEDIN at checkout to get your first month of BlueChew & pay five bucks for shipping.

Chris Feistl spent 26 years working for the DEA, including three years in Colombia during the 1990s, helping take down one of the most powerful drug empires in history — the Cali Cartel. His real-life work was portrayed in Narcos: Season 3, but the truth behind the show is even wilder. From undercover operations to high-stakes cartel takedowns, he witnessed firsthand the danger, corruption, and chaos of the war on drugs. Over his career, he earned the DEA Award of Honor, Award for Exceptional Service, and multiple Performance Awards for his role in international investigations. In this exclusive interview, he opens up about what really happened in Colombia, how Narcos got it right (and wrong), and what it was like to spend decades hunting some of the world's most dangerous traffickers. #LockedInWithIanBick #DEAAgent #Narcos #CaliCartel #TrueCrime #DrugCartel #NarcosNetflix #realstories Thank you to BLUECHEW for sponsoring this episode: Visit https://bluechew.com/ and use promo code LOCKEDIN at checkout to get your first month of BlueChew & pay five bucks for shipping.
