Using my life and experiences as the backbone—Spanish teacher turned UFC fighter, now a professional speaker with a wife and kids—you’ll hear stories, lessons and strategies to help you keep going when you don’t think you can.

Kyle traces his path from high school soccer dork to office drone fighting on the side to the first occupant of the fabled Hit Squad dorms (with its filthy kitchen) to making his way onto The Ultimate Fighter (Season 12) and into the UFC and then onward to his passion for offering training in his own gym. This talk gets into the specialty of holding pads for southpaws, sinking into doubt before a fight, transitioning into a new career, staying fit (ahem, holding off Dad Bod) and staying relevant.
