From Invisible to Authentic: One Woman's Journey From Psychological Abuse to Self-Discovery Dec 24, 2025
    Show notes

Is it possible to transform completely in 18 months after being lost for 22 years?
Kristen Crabtree shares her path from 22 years of psychological abuse to profound self-discovery. "You're a 55-year-old woman. You don't need her permission." Those words from a friend became Kristen's wake-up call. She rediscovered a book she wrote in 1999—filled with exercises to excavate the self. Through trauma therapy, meditation, and talking to her "true self" out loud, Kristen transformed in just 18 months. Now she helps others through Paramour Paradox. Her message? You are your own expert. The first step is quieting your mind. The rest unfolds from awareness.

Kristen Crabtree is an author and Certified Divorce Coach helping people who've spent decades being steady, dependable, and invisible rediscover who they are. She's the creator of Paramour Paradox, a self-recovery ecosystem, and author of "Be the You That's More You Than You've Ever Been." After 52 years of forgetting who she was—including 22 years in a psychologically abusive marriage—Kristen rebuilt her life by excavating her truth, one layer at a time. Through meditation, therapy, and what she calls "talking to her true self," she transformed in 18 months and now guides others to do the same.

Breaking the Cycle: How High-Achievers Can Stop Proving and Start Living Dec 18, 2025
    Show notes

What happens when worthiness and success become inseparable? Megan Arneson shares her journey from Silicon Valley hustle culture to founding Fuck the Hustle, a community for burned-out high-achievers. After quitting her corporate job at 24 post-9/11 to move to the woods, Megan got pulled back into the cycle—burning out completely before breaking free. She vulnerably discusses the "good girl" programming that drove her hustle, canceling her wedding, and the transformation from proving herself to embodied leadership. "Hustle comes from this drive to prove we're worthy," she explains. Her story offers hope: simple grounding practices, nervous system work, and reconnecting with inherent worth can break the cycle.

Megan Arneson, MBA is a trauma-informed Executive Coach and founder of Fuck the Hustle, a private community for high-achieving founders and corporate leaders navigating reinvention. Through her book, her membership community, transformational retreats, and her signature "The Nervous System is Your Strategy" workshop, Megan helps high-achievers recognize and break free from burnout cycles. Her work goes beyond surface-level mindset tools, centering instead on embodied, nervous-system-led practices that build true resilience. Megan's work equips women to move from proving and over-functioning into leading with sovereignty, clarity, and flow.

From Adrenaline Junkie to Peace Builder: John Graham's Journey From Violence to Service Dec 04, 2025
    Show notes

What happens when you're addicted to violence itself?
John Graham shipped out on a freighter at 16, made the first ascent of Denali's North Wall at 20 (never repeated), and faced death dozens times—loving every minute. By 28, nothing mattered except his next dangerous adventure. Then came Vietnam. Setting up a firing squad during the 1971 Easter Offensive in Hue, ordering deaths of teenagers, John broke down weeping. Through encounter groups, he discovered the compassionate man beneath his "John Wayne image." At the UN, he used those warrior qualities for good—risking his career to help end apartheid. For 40 years with the Giraffe Heroes Project, he's inspired courage worldwide. "Pick up the corner of the rug you can pick up."

John Graham is a leader of the Giraffe Heroes Project, inspiring courage globally for 40 years. A former US Foreign Service Officer for 15 years, he risked his career at the UN to help end apartheid in South Africa. From shipping out on a freighter at 16 to the first ascent of Denali's North Wall at 20, John transformed from adrenaline-addicted adventurer to global peacebuilder—negotiating with the Khmer Rouge, working on Israel/Palestine peace efforts, and saving the Everglades. Author of four books including the memoir "QUEST." Harvard and Stanford graduate.

From Secret Service to Solo Entrepreneur: Charles Roselle's Leap of Faith Nov 26, 2025
    Show notes

What happens when you leave the prestige of protecting presidents to start your own security firm?
Charles Roselle shares his journey from 16 years in the Secret Service—including the Presidential Protective Division—to founding Trinity Risk Solutions in Nashville. His most difficult transition wasn't leaving government service. It was becoming a solo entrepreneur. The loneliness hit immediately. No coworkers. Every role falls to you. "I've been on my knees a lot more in the last five years than probably my previous almost 45 years in life," Charles admits. His advice cuts through the noise: don't sweat the small things like perfect websites. Do find mentors who've walked your path. Remember who's really CEO of your life—especially in the valleys.
Charles Roselle is a former United States Secret Service Special Agent turned entrepreneur and founder of Trinity Risk Solutions, a Nashville-based security risk management firm specializing in workplace violence prevention. During his 16-year career with the Secret Service, Charles served on the elite Presidential Protective Division from 2007-2012, protecting Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama. After transitioning to the private sector where he built security platforms for a global biotech company, Charles founded Trinity Risk Solutions in 2019. He lives in Nashville where he continues delivering innovative security solutions while maintaining his commitment to faith and family.

Is It Too Late to Start Over? One Surgeon's Bold Career Pivot Nov 13, 2025
    Show notes

Could your daily frustrations actually be pointing you toward your next purpose?
Dr. Matt Jones shares his remarkable journey through what he calls a "triple transition"—moving his family from Chicago to Denver, leaving his medical career, and launching towlos, a peer-to-peer trailer sharing marketplace. His parents taught him not to feel boxed in by expectations. That courage serves him still. Matt reveals the power of a "frustration journal" that transforms daily annoyances into entrepreneurial opportunities. "Difficulty doesn't mean bad," he reminds us. His story challenges the belief that life must always go "up and to the right," showing how curiosity and authenticity can lead to unexpected fulfillment.

Dr. Matt Jones is a former orthopedic surgeon turned entrepreneur and founder of towlos, a peer-to-peer trailer sharing marketplace connecting trailer owners with renters across the U.S. After completing his residency at the University of Arizona and sports medicine fellowship at UCLA, he practiced orthopedic surgery for a decade in Indiana and Chicago. In 2021, Matt made the bold pivot from medicine to full-time entrepreneurship. Since 2023, he's also served as Managing Partner at AJM Development. He lives in Denver with his wife and three children, where they enjoy the Rocky Mountains and active outdoor adventures.

Refusing the Prognosis: How One Woman Reversed Multiple Sclerosis Oct 30, 2025
    Show notes

What happens when a doctor gives you six months before a wheelchair? Bitsy Hamilton said no.
In this powerful episode, Bitsy shares her journey from teacher to ICF-certified life coach while battling a devastating MS diagnosis. She refused the prognosis. Through radical self-advocacy, inflammation control, and daily creative practice, she achieved completely clear MRIs five years later. Her Own It Framework emerged from navigating career shifts, divorce, and health challenges simultaneously. "If you don't have your health, you don't have anything," her father told her. She listened. Now through EA Hamilton Coaching, Bitsy helps others navigate major transitions. Her question for you: Who do you want to be authentically at the end of this transition?

Elizabeth "Bitsy" Hamilton is an ICF-certified life coach, author of the forthcoming Own It: A Guide to Confidence, Clarity, and Unshakable Trust, and founder of EA Hamilton Coaching and Consulting. With over 20 years as an educator and coach, she guides individuals through major life transitions using her signature Own It Framework. After defying a devastating MS prognosis through radical self-advocacy, Bitsy now helps clients navigate divorce, career shifts, and identity rediscovery. A Forbes Coaches Council member and upcoming TEDx speaker, she lives in Austin, Texas, blending traditional coaching with nature-based methodologies while maintaining her lifelong creative practice.

    Show notes

What if everything you've been told about your anxiety and depression is wrong—and you're actually just experiencing the human condition?
Dr. Fred Moss, known as "The Undoctor," challenges everything we think we know about mental health in this powerful conversation. Fred reveals that being uncomfortable isn't a disorder—it's part of being human. He shares his radical journey from conventional psychiatrist to founder of Welcome to Humanity, where he helps people heal without perpetual diagnoses. "Maybe there's nothing wrong with you," he suggests. Through the MOSS Method and Undoctor Reset program, Fred offers practical tools for emotional regulation while questioning whether psychiatric medications perpetuate the conditions they're meant to treat. This episode explores discomfort, purpose, and authentic healing.
