Neale Donald Walsh: Finding Your Way After Rock Bottom Jul 11, 2019
    Show notes

This week, Dan talks to Neale Donald Walsh, the author of the best selling book "Conversations with God" and his new book "The Essential Path."

Neale's story is nothing short of amazing. For years, he worked in communications until a horrible car accident that nearly took his life. After recovering, he was out of money, out of a job and out of a relationship and found himself living on the streets. He pulled himself up and started to work in radio again, even making his way to management. But after a few months, and a conversation with his father, he started to wonder about life. He sat down, pulled out a piece of paper and asked some questions. This was the start to "Conversations with God" and years of amazing knowledge he's shared with the world.

Dan talks to Neale about his story and about his new book, which takes a look at the current state of the world and humanity. Neale asks some tough questions to find out why the world is how it is today.

Things discussed in this podcast include...

    - How your greatest pain can be a catalyst to a more purposeful, meaningful life.

    - How we truly have our needs met (it's not what you think it is).

    - How our relationship with God and religion can change overtime.

    - The questions to ask yourself when you feel you're ready for a change.

    - The biggest problem in the world today, and how most of us don't even know what it is.

How to Have More Freedom Jul 03, 2019
    Show notes

This week in America, it's the 4th of July. Throughout the country, Americans will be celebrating the freedom they've had for 243 years by eating way too much food, drinking way too much booze and then blowing off some of their fingers with fireworks! 'merica!

What a perfect week to stop for a minute and ask yourself: Do *I* truly have the freedom I want in my own life? Is it time for my own personal revolution?

When the American founding fathers decided to go against English rule, they did so without knowing what the outcome would be. If it failed, they would have been executed and their families would have suffered for generations. Who knows what would have happened to the colonies. It could have completely failed. But they were not attached to the outcome. They just did it because they knew it was the right thing.

Is it time for you to take your own chance in your own life? Is it time to create freedom in your life?

You need to have a clear idea what freedom in your life means to you. Freedom means different things for different people. Dan is here to help you ask yourself the right questions so you're crystal clear what freedom in YOUR life looks like.

    In this episode, Dan shares...

    - The three different kinds of freedom and how one of them is the only sustainable path to happiness.

    - The strategy that is going to help you create more freedom in your life today.

    - Four things you can let go of starting right now that will you help you create a better sense of personal freedom.

How to Overcome Confusion and Trust Your Intuition May 24, 2019
    Show notes

It feels like you're in a haze. Your brain is cluttered with ideas. The words of others pipe in when you're trying to move forward. You just feel......confused.

The path forward into an Amplified life is much simpler than we think. But because of past experiences that shaped our thoughts, negative voices from others and just our overall doubt in ourselves, we use that moment of confusion as a crutch to hold onto. We use it as a reason to not move forward.

This week, Dan shows you how to use this moment of confusion as a sign to move forward with confidence and self-trust.

    Topics discussed include...

    - The brain science behind your confused thoughts and what age research says your brain is fully developed and able to make completely rational decisions.

    - What part of your brain controls decisions early in young adulthood and why it might be keeping you from following your intuition.

    - How the frustration you're dealing with might be a sign that it's time for a change in your life.

    - The importance of trusting yourself and your intuition: you know more than you think.

    - Why you will never fully have certainty about your path and the future, and that's okay!

    - How eliminating the voices of those that doubt you can allow you to hear yourself and your intuition.

    - The importance of keeping the promises you make to yourself.

    - The power of having a mentor and community to push you through your transition.

    - Why the words you speak to yourself matter.

Three Traps That Are Blocking Your Happiness May 01, 2019
    Show notes

The American Psychological Study did a study in 2017 that said as a society we are experiencing the highest levels of stress ever. While there's outside sources in society that can be a culprit to this, much of the problem also comes from bringing your own stress on yourself. Much of the walls that we feel keep us from happiness are self made!

Today, Dan is here to help you push through them. You'll learn the three traps that are blocking your happiness AND take the steps to live a happy, life amplified life.

Things discussed in the podcast today include:

    - How our definition of ambition has evolved and what it really should be.

    - The difference between ambition and aspiration and why we confuse the two.

    - How doing work you think you should be doing actually causes more harm than you think.

    - How to know when ambition becomes harmful, rather than helpful.

    - How using work as an excuse can actually be a coping mechanism.

    - Why past traumas might actually be the cause of your workaholic life.

    - The signs to look for to know when work has become a problem in your life.

    - The importance of finding the right coach, mentor or therapist to help you do the inner work that causes many of your problems.

Sarah Reilly: How to Reprogram Your Brain for Success Apr 16, 2019
    Show notes

For years, many of the concepts that we talk about in our podcasts used to be kind of taboo. Now, modern science is showing that manifestation isn't some woo woo thing, but something bigger than we thought! Much of it has to do with our biology and neurology in our brain. And thanks to science, we can see a path to make a change!

Sarah Reilly is a life coach based in Sydney, Australia who helps executives, entrepreneurs and creatives get anything they want. She combines the spirituality and the woo woo with science-based facts that might give you a new perspective on how to get into "the matrix" as she calls it. She shares how to make it happen.

Topics discussed in this episode include:

    - How we're biologically designed to keep ourselves in the comfort zone and how we can reprogram our brain to beat that.

    - The science behind our actions and beliefs and why we're neurologically wired to feel what we feel.

    - How the life lessons from our you can dictate our comping mechanisms as adults today.

    - How coping mechanisms can be smaller, subtle actions we take, that we rationalize as a good thing, but actually keep us stuck.

    - The power of our ego and why it operates on out of date data, and what to do about it.

    - Why changing your environment and surroundings without doing the inner work will never lead you to a path of true clarity and peace.

    - How our reality is a projection of our perceived identity and not necessarily the truth.

    - The science behind the power of manifestation.
