Erin not only creates delicious and healthy recipes but also shares of her long road to recovery after an eating disorder and how she's crafted her bountiful life since then. We discuss what got her into the health world + how that turned destructive and ultimately into a disordered relationship with food, exercise, and self image. Erin walks us through her years of struggle and how she overcame things such as food fears, exercise addiction, mental turmoil, and destructive body image. She also explains how she managed relationships after this struggle, both holding on and letting go of people when needed.
