    89 - Paranormal Communication Pt. 1: Get Ghosted Feb 01, 2021
    Show notes

In the first episode of our series on spirit/interdimensional communication, we discuss the practice which goes back to the beginning of recorded history, much like all the paranormal topics we cover. Cultures throughout time have conducted their own rituals and practices in order to commune with higher powers or those who have died, from Oracles and Seers in Ancient Greece, to modern day Christians receiving prophesy. So, lose the closed minds, and join us while we creep it real about talkin' to them spirits.

    88 - Hellier's & Estes Method co-founder Connor J Randall - Probably Just the Radio Jan 24, 2021
    Show notes

We were so excited to talk with Connor Randall from the documentary series Hellier, co-inventor of the Estes Method of communication with the other side, YouTube series Spirits of the Stanley, and the list goes on. We discuss his experiences with the paranormal that helped shaped who he is today, how he developed the Estes Method (which we've spoken about and are mega-amateurs at, btw), and of course, Hellier and how their investigations on the show really line up with our ever-evolving beliefs about what is going on out in this crazy world and beyond. Join us for this very special episode, and let's Creep it Real with Connor J Randall.

    87 - The Mothman: Probably Just a Crane Jan 12, 2021
    Show notes

Tales of winged creatures and mysterious visitors in black go back to the beginning of recorded history, in just about every culture. In Point Pleasant, West Virginia during 1966 & 1967, these ominous visitors would serve as omens for a terrible tragedy that struck the town one December evening when the Silver Bridge collapsed into the river below.
As usual, we discover that all of the paranormal phenomena we look into seems to be wound together tightly, and more & more we realize everything really is connected. Dive with us into the Mothman rabbit hole where today we're gonna Creep It Keel.

86 - The FLDS Cult Pt. 2: Warren Jeffs is a Rapist Dec 28, 2020
    Show notes

When Rulon Jeffs prophet powers were (naturally) transferred to his son at the time of his death, the already maniacal man became an even bigger nightmare for the followers of FLDS than they had previously known. Using his "powers" he was able to convince them all to go along with ANYTHING, from forced child marriages to the possibility they would have to slice the throats of their wives if commanded. It's awful, but he gets what's coming to him and helps remind us all that they only good cult is a Creep It Real cult.

85 - The FLDS Cult Pt. 1: "Creep It Sweet" Dec 27, 2020
    Show notes

The Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was created as a more rigid interpretation of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, more specifically to continue practicing polygamy after the LDS church stopped. Because there was never any structure within the FLDS, there have been battles for power since its inception, and the cult has always been rife with abuse and corruption. When Rulon Jeffs became the prophet and his son manipulated his way to the position at his death, the FLDS reached all-new levels of depravity. He was a lunatic regarded as the mouth of God, and the obedience of his followers was essential to their access to heaven. The entire cult is an example of the repeating cycles of abuse and a lesson that the only good cult is a Creep It Real cult.

84 - The Unsolved Murder of Missy Bevers Dec 13, 2020
    Show notes

On the morning of April 18, 2016, Missy Bevers showed up to run her Camp Gladiator class at the Creekside Church of Christ in Midlothian, Texas just after 4 in the morning. What Missy didn't know, unfortunately, was that an unidentified person dressed in knockoff police tactical gear had broken into the church and was lying in wait for her. When her clients arrived less than thirty minutes later, they discovered Missy had been brutally murdered inside the church.
It has been nearly five years, and though the killer was caught on security footage, and there seems to be plenty of suspicious people and circumstances surrounding the murder, it remains unsolved. Who killed Missy Bevers, and managed to get away with it for so long? Let's talk about it.

83 - MMIWG Pt. 3: The Murder of Tina Fontaine Dec 06, 2020
    Show notes

Indigenous women make up only 4% of Canada's population but are four times more likely to be murdered or go missing. This means that even by the most conservative estimates, half of all women murdered are indigenous. It is a tragedy striking Canada and the United States at an alarming rate.
In 2014, a 15-year-old Indigenous girl named Tina Fontaine was found murdered and dumped in the Red River in Winnipeg, Canada. Her murder sparked a call for justice and lengthy investigation, ultimately resulting in an arrest and charges against the person that most are certain committed the heinous crime. Was the trial a success for the prosecution, ending in the conviction of the accused? We're gonna creep it real...let's talk about it.

    82 - Ferguson: The Rocky Start to a Revolution Nov 23, 2020
    Show notes

We didn't know what we were getting into when we started looking into the seemingly inordinate amount of deaths of prominent Ferguson protestors and Civil Rights leaders, but it took us down a path that frankly made us uncomfortable, and challenged the beliefs we had about the tragic situation that sparked a new revolution. What happened that day in Ferguson, Missouri in 2014, and what has been the aftermath? You know we're gonna creep it real, so let's talk.
