    In this English lesson I'll help you learn some English phrases about change. Change is all around us. People change. Situations change. Everything changes in life! It's important then to be able to talk about change when you are speaking English.
    In this English lesson you'll learn phrases you can use to talk about the change in someone's appearance, to talk about how fast kids grow, to talk about change for the sake of change, and to talk about almost all the changes that occur in life.

    An English Lesson About Time Oct 14, 2021

    When you're learning English it is important to learn how to talk about time. It's important to learn little phrases that you can use to talk about things that happened in the past or the future. If you're confused, I think it's about time you watched this English lesson! This English lesson is about more ways to talk about time in English.
    This is a more advanced lesson than learning how to tell time. It is a little more complex than just saying, "It's 2:30!", or "It's 10:10!". In this lesson I'll show you how to talk about something that happened a few weeks ago, something that will happen in the future, and how to talk about things that happen occasionally.

    A while ago a viewer requested that I do an English lesson about fruit. Now I know that many of you already know the names of different types of fruit in English so I tried to think of a way to teach the vocabulary and teach something a little more challenging at the same time.
    The answer was to help you learn the names of different types of fruit, and to also teach you some common English idioms that have fruit vocabulary in them at the same time.
    So welcome to this free English class where I'll review the names of some common fruit, and I'll teach you some fruit idioms!
    In this lesson you'll learn fruit names like apple, orange, banana and more. You'll also learn the meaning of English idioms like: comparing apples to oranges, to go bananas, the Big Apple and more!

    How to Describe a RAINY Day in English Oct 01, 2021

    As you learn English you'll want to know how to describe different types of weather. In this English lesson I'll help you learn how to describe a rainy day in English. There are many types of weather, but it's rainy here right now, so I thought this would be a great time to help you learn how to talk about it. As you know, talking about the weather is a form of small talk in English, so you'll want to master it!
    There are a few words and phrases for describing a rainy day. The rain can be pleasant, like a slight drizzle, or damaging like when we have a thunderstorm. Today it is drizzling, but it will probably rain a lot harder later in the afternoon. There definitely are many things getting wet though!
    In this English lesson I'll be sure to teach phrases like, "It's really coming down out there." and "to rain cats and dogs" and many more!

    Welcome to this English lesson! The weather this week has been beautiful, but for this lesson it looks like it will take a turn for the worse, so I thought it was wise to have this English lessons inside! I hope the weather is nice later this fall as I'd love to do more lesson outside before the snow flies!
    It is supposed to be nice and warm later this fall, so we should be able to have a few more outdoor English lesson, just not today!
    During this free English class you can ask me questions using the form link that will be provided in the chat. I know that as you learn English each week you have questions that need answering! I'll do my best to answer as many questions about the English language as I can during this English class.
