    Saša first joined our program as a painter in his brother’s team when he was still in high school. He is currently is his third of year running his own painting franchise through the Student Works Management Program.

    In his opinion, this is a great experience because he has been able to work with a variety of clientele and handpick his own team of employees at an early age. To him, the most important thing has been to establish an exceptional work ethic while engaging others with courage and providing excellent client service from start to finish!

    271 | Karl Gartly | A Believer in the Art of the Possible Mar 22, 2022

    In today's episode of Leaders of Tomorrow, Chris chats with Karl Gartly, a successful entrepreneur, challenger salesperson and executive advisor who started his journey in the business world with the Student Works Management Program back in 1999

    While still in the program, Karl started Deco Windshield Repair and he grew that company to 225 locations with a Student Works style.

    In 2013 he founded Zayfti, an app that engages workers in workplace safety and promotes a culture of self-motivation, self-preservation, and accountability. He sold that company in 2017 and he took on the role of Director of Product at Spira Data Corp. Most recently, Karl and his partners created a new company where they are developing a really cool new software program.
