This week we have singer/song writer, Mike Garmany (@theholdupmusic) in the pod! The Holdup has been in the music game for a cool minute, and is continuing to bubble up on the music charts. From the beginnings of him finding music as his passion, to starting a band, to going solo, to switching management, needless to say, he has been through a whole world of change. In this conversation, The Holdup opens up some deep areas in his life. From battles with addiction, to becoming sober, to finding his own personal sound and identity as a man and artist, The Holdup AKA Michael Garmany is a constantly evolving human being...and he is fully embracing every moment and aspect of it.

We are all individually going through an evolutionary process. To fight against what will inevitably happen will only discourage and slow down your ability to maximize growth. Listen in on a conversation of how a very talented and driven individual is figuring it all out in REAL TIME. ⏳🔛✨

Show notes

Ryan Higa

Ninja Melk: www.ninjamelk.com

This week we have YouTube OG Ryan Higa (@notryanhiga) in the pod! Ryan was one of the early game creators for YouTube when internet content platforms were still the Wild West. He’s been creating and delivering high level entertainment through his various platforms for well over a decade now. Just like a car running on fumes, that will eventually run out of gas and be forced to come to a halt, the same is the case when we push ourselves without taking intentional time to rest. In this conversation, Ryan talks about how his default mode is to grind, but at this specific time in his life he has found the imperative need to take a break and remove himself from his default work mode to catch up on some much needed time for himself.

In order to perform at optimum levels, periodic resets must be a part of the formula. Listen in on how this genius creator makes time to breathe. 🧎🏻🏃🏻🧎🏻🏃🏻 .

This week we have #bodycontrol master Justin “Jet” Valles (@justjet_) in the pod! Jet has always been one to carve his own path. From finding dance as a child and just diving into the rabbit holes of hip hop dance foundational styles, Jet began to obsess over the things he was naturally interested in. He took his obsession for dance and has been able to make a successful career out of it. Through this conversation, the thing that became very clear is that Jet’s approach toward doing anything always comes from a place that is authentically him. He talks very candidly about actually really hating things that he can clearly see are not from a genuine place. He talks about how it’s possible to create content that resonates with the masses, while maintaining an authentic sense of “SELF.” In a world filled with social media clutter, it’s easy to get lost in the noise. Listen in and find out how Jet has figured out how to navigate through it in a FUN + AUTHENTIC way 💯
