This week’s guest is one of the most recognizable men in real estate. Big Jon Dickens with Marx-Bensdorf Realtors has been one of our city’s top agents for years now and he doesn’t appear to be stopping anytime soon. His knowledge of the market combined with his infectious laugher and welcoming personality have made him beloved by clients and fellow agents alike. He has vaulted into the top 25 individual agents based on sales volume in the entire state of Tennessee, but you'd never know it from his humble demeanor.

Real Trends listed Jessica Brown as the #1 Individual Agent in Tennessee by number of transactions and top #10 based on volume in 2019. The processes and discipline she has in her practice are things that any professional in any field could benefit from and it was a treat to get to sit down with her for this conversation. She almost talked me into getting more than 5 hours of sleep at night...almost.
