Trump's J6 Pardons Reward Political Violence! May 13, 2026

We all know that Trump orchestrated and launched an attack on the US Capitol on January 6, 2021, to try to retain power after he lost a presidential election. We know that in the aftermath of the Capitol attack, thousands and thousands of FBI agents and local police officers around the country, scores of prosecutors, paralegals, legal assistants, grand jurors, trial jurors and judges - tens of thousands of people - worked to hold accountable Trump's angry mob. More than 1600 of them were convicted at trial or pleaded guilty to their crimes.

Then Donald Trump wiped it all away with the most unjust pardons in our nation's history.

And even after Trump delivered those searingly unjust pardons, he wasn't done. He then he had his dirty DOJ leadership wrongfully terminate or demote FBI agents and federal prosecutors who did the hard work of the American people holding those rioters accountable for their crimes.

Glenn sat down with a former colleague and friend, Greg Rosen. Greg was the Chief of the Capitol Siege Unit - the unit at the DC US Attorney's office that put together the J6 criminal investigations and prosecutions.

They talked about what this nation has been put through by Donald Trump and where we might go from here.

Time To Elect DEMOCRACY WARRIORS To Congress! May 12, 2026

In recent days, the very notion of a free, fair, representative democracy has taken some body blows. First, the United States Supreme Court undercutting minorities having any fair shot at representation in Congress, and then second, the Virginia Supreme Court undercutting the express will of the Virginia voters on the redistricting front.

So Glenn has decided - between now and the midterms, he's going to interview and highlight as many congressional candidates as he can: candidates who are willing to be democracy warriors, to take the gloves off and to fight for free, fair elections.

Kicking this off - Glenn sat down with a great young candidate running for Congress to represent the people of California's 3rd congressional district, Chris Bennett.

Todd Blanche's Lies Exposed by ... Todd Blanche! May 08, 2026

In another abuse of the rule of law by Trump's dirty DOJ officials, acting Attorney General Todd Blanche's lies are exposed.

On the Fox network, Blanche first said that the Southern Poverty Law Center - an organization that the DOJ criminally indicted in what appears to be a baseless prosecution - never shared information it had gathered about extremist hate groups with the FBI/law enforcement agencies. Days later, Blanche said - on another Fox program, "It is true that over the years they (SPLC) have selectively shared information with law enforcement. That's well-documented and there's no dispute there."

Judge Orders Investigation of DOJ Attorney! May 07, 2026

Apparently, one federal judge has had just about enough of Trump DOJ lawyers who are misleading the court.

This story exposes the dangerous depravity of the Trump administration: a Department of Homeland Security official told a DOJ attorney to hide from a federal judge that a defendant who was appearing in court and seeking release had an outstanding murder warrant for his arrest issued by another country.

The DOJ attorney agreed to hide that critically important information from the judge and the judge released the defendant.

After successfully concealing the information from the judge, a DHS official began smearing the judge for releasing the defendant, posting: "An activist judge appointed by Joe Biden released this wanted murderer back into the American communities."

This level of corruption, depravity, and deception is almost beyond belief.

The good news is the judge is ordering an investigation and possible sanctions for the DOJ attorney and DHS.

Todd Blanche UNDERCUTS the Comey Prosecution! May 05, 2026

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche went on some of the Sunday news shows and undercut the very case he brought against one of Donald Trump's perceived enemies, former FBI Director James Comey. You know the one: Comey snapped a picture of some seashells that had been arranged into the numbers 86 47, and posted it on Instagram with a cute caption like, 'a cool seashell arrangement I just saw.'

Blanche claims that Comey's IG post threatened the life of the president.

Glenn discusses how Blanches public statements undercut the Comey prosecution, and support motions to dismiss the prosecution for both selective and vindictive prosecution.

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth completely embarrassed himself during his congressional testimony with laughably transparent, inconsistent statements about the need to have launched a war against Iran.

As our friends to the north - the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation - put it in their headline: "Hegseth accused of lying to the American public about war in Iran during intense congressional hearing."

This podcast discusses the absurd inconsistency of Hegseth saying the United State "completely obliterated" Iran's nuclear program and capabilities with US strikes in 2025, but then saying we had to go to war 60 days ago because the nuclear threat Iran posed to the US was "imminent."
