Did you know that the January 6 attack on the US Capitol didn't happen?! That must be the case because there's no mention of the prosecutions of any of the January 6 rioters, attackers, or insurrectionists on DOJ's website - they just deleted it.

Apparently, they think they can just erase it from American history by deleting it from a website.

This is a sign of weakness, not strength. These people will fall from power, and then . . . accountability!

Because especially at the Department of Justice . . . justice matters.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia Case Dropped AND the Rule of Law Wins! May 25, 2026

A federal judge has thrown out the Trump administration’s criminal, immigrant-smuggling case against Kilmar Abrego Garcia, ruling that the prosecution was “vindictive” retaliation against the Salvadoran immigrant for winning a high-profile challenge to his deportation from the U.S. “The evidence before this Court sadly reflects an abuse of prosecuting power,” U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw wrote Friday as he granted Abrego Garcia's request to dismiss the case. Glenn says: not only did Abrego Garcia win - the rule of law, and the United States Constitution also won as well.

Nixon's Goons Went To Prison: Next Up, Trump's Goons! May 22, 2026

History often repeats itself. After the Watergate scandal, 48 of Richard Nixon goons were convicted of crimes, and 30 of them went to prison. Before they got caught, Nixon's criminal associates thought they were untouchable. After all, they were committing the crimes together with and for the benefit for the President of the United States. And they believed the president would save them.

But accountability came for Nixon's minions and Donald Trump's goons are committing crimes together with and for the benefit of the president of the United States, and they also think they're untouchable. They think they are beyond the reach of the rule of law. Because after all, the president promised he will have their backs. But we all know Trump will have their backs stabbed.

Accountability WILL come for Donald Trump's henchmen, just the way it came for Richard Nixon's goons.

There are many nonprofit organizations that are populated by great lawyers who are bringing legal challenges against Donald Trump and his corrupt administration. They are filing lawsuit after lawsuit, trying to hold Trump and his minions accountable for their lawless conduct and for their violation of our rights.

Accountability for Renee Good and Alex Pretti May 15, 2026

We have all seen the Trump administration commit horrifying crimes against the American people, documented immigrants, and undocumented immigrants alike, up to and including the killing of Renee Good, Alex Pretti, and others.

Accountability for the crimes being committed by Trump and his administration can be achieved in at least two ways. One way is criminal investigations and prosecutions. But given that the acting Attorney General is Donald Trump's lapdog, criminal investigations and prosecutions very likely will have to wait until the rule of law comes back into the light of day at the Department of Justice in January 2029. But the second form of accountability involves congressional investigations, and congressional investigations are just around the corner. They will commence - after the Democrats take the House of Representatives back after the midterms.
