This week, we could not possibly be MORE excited to be joined by the inimitable Jordan Syatt (who you have most likely heard us discuss numerous times on this podcast.) We get into all things health, body image, data monitoring, and online privacy in a conversation that we hated to end because, spoilers, we assume he's our new best friend. 6-7 months into a global pandemic is a great time to revisit mental health, no? We're talking about it today from multiple perspectives, including the experience of our own mental health as well as being a supportive partner when someone you love is going through depression or anxiety. As always, we love feedback, so if you have something to contribute to this conversation, drop us a line! And if you feel that you're hitting a wall and desperately need connection, shoot us a message! Maybe our village can't be together in person, but we can do our best to connect online. The pandemic gods have not smiled upon us during this episode, so some of our audio may sound a little bit off. But we hope you like the episode regardless! By popular request, we're discussing online school. Then by no one's request, we're getting into sports! As always, we have varying opinions (usually opposing); one of us sees a future in the NBA for her child and the other has comfortably enrolled her children in "farm."
