Moral Charity Case Mar 10, 2021

Happy (belated) International Women's Day! We have a hearty discussion about the already infamous Oprah/Meghan/Harry interview, and we're joined in that discussion by OUR Amy (friends of the pod know) aka You Need This Too. We neglected to mention her British roots at the beginning of the discussion, but we all know that a drop of British blood makes you an expert on the royals so this week we're going full-know it all. As always, our opinions first and foremost are that we support women as a whole and we also love a good discussion with opposing viewpoints. Some of us also take this opportunity to rant about colonization, which will come as no surprise to long-term listeners. Do you have something you want us to discuss on the pod? DM us @agoodideapod on IG, or you can shoot us an email at hello@goodideagirls.com. Today we're tackling food cravings and attitudes, and we're confessing it all. "Healthy eating" means a lot of different things these days, and it's time we all accept that there is no one recipe fits all. Do you have something you want us to discuss on the pod?
