Grant's Rant: 2-14-23 Big Game for Kings Feb 14, 2023

Show notes

Would the real Sacramento Kings please take a step forward. They are coming off one of their best performances of the year when they beat Dallas in OT Saturday night. With that being said consistency has been a problem for the Kings. Tonight, they play in Phoenix and the Suns are currently two games behind the Kings in the West! Huge game!

Episode 234: NFL Hypocrisy Feb 14, 2023

Show notes

The NFL is the king of hypocrisy. Today I give examples of the league's ridiculous messaging! I read a column from Phil Mushnick of the NY Post who calls out NFL Commissioner Roger Godell for being a phony! I thought the half time show by Rhianna was embarrassing and I explain why. However, that's obviously what the league wants, plain and simple! The NFL is a hypocritical league with double standards! I am glad Mushnick isn't afraid to write what many people think but are afraid to vocalize!

Grant's Rant: 2-13-23 NFL Embarrassment Feb 13, 2023

Show notes

How embarrassing was the field for the Super Bowl yesterday? That's the best the NFL could do for the biggest game of the year? The half-time show with Rihanna was embarrassing too. Yeah, let's have a lady on stage grabbing her crotch and her butt! just awful! The holding call at the end of the game on James Bradberry was suspect too. Bradbury said after the game he grabbed Juju Smith-Schuster's jersey. If player's had tear-away jerseys on, Juju's would be intact. I thought that was an awful call! Even without the call, the NFL should be embarrassed! Great game, but same 'ole story for the NFL.... they just can't get things right!

Grant's "Weekend" Rant: 2-11-23 Kings Going South Feb 11, 2023

Show notes

The Kings continued their inconsistent play last night losing to the Mavs 122-114. Sacramento gave up 45 points in the first quarter as the Mavs led wire to wire. There is a good chance Luka Doncic plays tonight after missing the past several games with a bruised heel. The Kings need to start playing better and soon!
